Lovely house -95sm, recently renovated, within a luxury residence, in front of the lake -less than 50 mt, with a private garden of 150 sm and a gorgeous view both of the lake and of an ancient park-reserve. The property has two big and comfortable bedrooms, bathroom with big shower tab, big kitchen- with all the comforts, with direct access to the private garden, where you relax and enjoy the nature and the beauty of the place. The residence has a luxuriant panoramic garden.
