We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. The house is very clean and spacious, very close to the sea, well equipped and with an affordable price. There is a large private parking lot right in front of the house. The hostess, Lia, was very kind and welcoming. This trip was really enjoyable!

A very nice stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great swimming pool. The best part is the beautiful sea just a short 3-minute walk away. There are also newly opened supermarkets and very cosrestaurants in the area.

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Flawless and tastefully decorated apartment! Rosanna is friendly, available and attentive! 10 min walk to the beach, well-maintained pool and residence. The neighbors are welcoming and the city merchants ( very lively in the evening) adorable! We had an excellent vacation ☺️

Thank you Carmela for your hospitality. We spent a short time before Christmas and the place had all the comforts. The location of the apartment makes it more suitable for a stay in the summer but also in the winter months my family and I appreciated the area for its tranquility and panoramic views of Crotone and the sea in general.

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

We spent four nights in Francesco and Mario's apartment and felt completely comfortable. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is great. The garden is well maintained and there is an outdoor shower, which we appreciated very much. The best thing about the apartment, however, is by far the two hosts Francesco and Mario. We would be warmly received. They provided us with fruit, vegetables, cookies, cold drinks and more, as well as a lot of useful information and tips about the area. The two are very helpful and were always available, and they are extremely discreet. It was great to meet the two of them!! We will definitely come back - thank you for everything. Abbiamo passato 4 notti nell' appartamento di Francesco e Mario. La casa è pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario. Si trova in un ottima posizione per raggiungere una bellissima spiaggia. Il gardino è curato e ha una doccia esterna, comodissima al rientro dalla spiaggia. Ma la cosa più preziosa in questa casa sono gli Host Francesco e Mario. Siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza. Ci hanno messo a disposizione frutta, verdura, cornetti e altre cose ma soprattutto c'hanno fornito delle informazioni utilissime per la nostra permanenza in zona. Torneremo di sicuro, grazie di tutto.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

Wonderful experience. Mr. Pasquale was super helpful and welcoming both at check-in/check-out and during the stay, we felt at home. The house is spacious, clean and new. Centrally located, right in front of the castle and, consequently, a stone's throw from the beach and clubs. I highly recommend it and, if we were to come back, we would definitely come back here. Good accommodation and I am satisfied with my stay...Vincenzo is very helpful and attentive, whenever I needed he was concerned to help,he was Flexible at check-in and at check out. The city is quiet, on the other hand it is a little difficult to have some entertainment, but you can take a train or taxi to the beach or city next door.
