We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The view can't be captured in pictures (I certainly can't), it's incredible. We had the beach all to ourselves. The ideal place if you are looking for peace and relaxation

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We really enjoyed our stay in Elio‘s Airbnb. The house is very well equipped with many bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen where you can prepare breakfast / small dinner and air condition in every bedroom & living room. The communication with Elio was easy and he gave us very good instructions to find the Airbnb. Would definitely recommend to others!

Giuseppina was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The place was very comfortable and clean. We had a good sleep and a good cook. Everything was great. Recommended.

Marcella has more than earned the title of Superhost. Reachable and helpful, you feel right at home here. And she's also an outstanding chef. I highly recommend the place. It is quiet with a fantastic view and it has everything you need to live

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Period 11/08 -23/08.... Perfect stay: the accommodation more than meets the description, comfortable, equipped with all comforts, located inside a quiet and well-kept residence, a few steps (but very few) from the beach and the center of the village. A special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe because he is a really friendly and caring person towards guests, always available. And if we consider the beautiful sea of this area, I would say that you could not hope for a better vacation.
