Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Fermo

Mondomini is een oase aan de kust. Midden tussen de eeuwenoude olijfbomen ligt het fijne koele appartement van de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren Livia en Stephano. Je kunt heerlijk relaxen in de patio of genieten van de zee op het terras. De combinatie van luxe en authentieke elementen voelt fijn en comfortabel. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een grote plafondventilator die zorgt voor heerlijke koelte in de nacht. Op Mondomini zijn nog twee andere losse huisjes te huur die ook voorzien zijn van alle gemakken en uitzicht bieden op zee. Daarnaast is een tentoonstelling van de geschiedenis en kunst van de olijfteelt. Op 5 minuten rijden kun je afkoelen in zee. Ook is in de omgeving veel te zien en doen. Wij hebben genoten! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lido di Fermo und fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl in diesem tollen Penthouse, das Gästen allen nötigen Komfort bietet und mit allem ausgestattet ist, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Rundum-Dachterasse mit einem unglaublichen Panorama-Blick, zwei Außenduschen und super Sitzmöglichkeiten, die dank ausfahrbaren Sonnendächern auch Schatten beim Mittagessen mit Meerblick spenden. Matteo war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber und hat immer sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert und uns mit hilreichen Tipps versorgt. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder :-D

L’appartamento è molto confortevole,con ampi spazi e tutto molto ben arredato e funzionale. La posizione è eccezionale,in una zona tranquilla,si attraversa la pineta di fronte alla via di casa e si è già in spiaggia,in alternativa si può arrivare in centro in circa 10 minuti. La casa è vicina a tutti servizi principali. Noi eravamo in 4 con una bimba di 11 mesi e ci siamo trovati molto bene, Marco e Monica sono stati host fantastici,sempre disponibili e molto gentili,consigliatissimo il soggiorno da loro!

Claudia è stata molto disponibile con noi! Qualsiasi domanda avessi da porle mi ha sempre risposto con molta accuratezza. Casa bella e molto pulita, forse un pó piccolina per 4 persone ma super funzionale! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr toll. Die Wohnung war sauber und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Maja war total freundlich und hat uns Tipps wie Restaurants, Feste und Unternehmungen gegeben. Die Umgebung war nicht zu belebt, wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub. Das Meer war sauber und genauso der Strand. Wir haben uns super erholen können und kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!!

Sull'alloggio c'è ben poco da dire, la casa è esattamente come te la aspetti dopo aver visto le foto; zona giorno ampia e attrezzata, camere spaziose ma aggiungerei mobilio nella cameretta, bagno ok con doccia super. Aria condizionata ovunque. Grande spazio esterno in via di rifinitura ma già godibile grazie a sdraio e tavolo con 4 sedie. Altre note positive: Andrea super disponibile a fornirci il necessario per un bambino di 2 anni come il lettino da campeggio e il seggiolino da sedia per i pasti, cosa che non è affatto da tutti. Note negative: assenza del forno a microonde e delle zanzariere. Alloggio che va preso in considerazione da famiglie di max 4 persone. Servizi essenziali raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto, zona tranquilla rende facile parcheggiare. Mare a 5 minuti a piedi oltre la ferrovia che non è molto rumorosa, il centro dista 15 minuti circa. Un plauso ad Andrea che è risultato uno dei migliori Host che abbiamo incontrato, super reattivo, gentile e molto amichevole.

Appartamento pratico e accogliente: posto auto, cucina con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Appartamento ristrutturato quindi abbastanza fresco con ventilatori. forse manca il climatizzatore per le giornate troppo calde ma con i ventilatori a disposizione si riesce a stare tranquillamente. A due passi dalla spiaggia, libera o attrezzata, basta attraversare la strada e sei già in acqua. Luogo ideale per famiglie anche con animali domestici per il tanto verde a disposizione. Supermercato a 300 metri , ci ritorneremo volentieri.

Serena was an amazing host , im sorry i caused her some inconvenience but i will make sure to solve them . I had a great stay and she was so fast at replying and helping throughout everything .

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam. Eine schöne mediterrane und gepflegte Anlage mit kleinen Häuschen und Privatsphäre. Außerdem ein sehr schöner Pool und privater Strand. Gewöhnen muss man sich an die Zuglinie, aber die verläuft an der kompletten Küste und betrifft alle Häuser hier. Wer einkaufen, abends ausgehen oder Essen gehen möchte benötigt immer ein Auto. Aber das war kein Problem für uns.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Alloggio nuovissimo e super attrezzato. Ha tutti i confort di cui si ha bisogno, poi c'è Chiara che ci ha aiutato in ogni nostra esigenza ed è stata sempre disponibile. Appartamento a 2 passi dal mare e vicino al centro, ottimo per spostarsi sempre a piedi! Da ritornarci assolutamente

Un alloggio degno di tale nome, abbiamo alloggiato in 6 per quei due giorni e siamo stati benissimo, il luogo si trova in una posizione molto comoda della località, è un alloggio pieno di comfort La disponibilità dell'host e dei suoi collaboratori è impeccabile. Consigliatissimo!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Cheti è stata molto gentile ci siamo trovati bene anche se solo x una notte ideale x dimezzare il viaggio verso la Puglia.

Una gran bella location, la consigliaml vivamente, posti splendidi se siete dei viaggiatori che vogliono concigliare mare e tour nei posti più caratteristiche delle Marche. Paolo con il suo alloggio vista mare, ha realizzato il desiderio di chi vuole tutto H24. Spettacolare 🤩 grazie mille Paolo!

Leonardo persona molto cordiale,raggiungibile sia di persona che al telefono,reattivo, ti accoglie e da consigli utili sia per orientarsi che per visitare la località e i dintorni .Generoso nel far conoscere specialità gastronomiche del posto,nel condividerle. Appartamento rispondente alla descrizione, pulito,cucina funzionale ,completa di accessori non cumuni,tostapane,frullatore,cappucinatore,estrattore,etc.A/C in tutte le stanze,regolabile separamente, come anche TV.Molto pratiche lavatrice e asciugatrice,meno bagagli al seguito.Posizone comoda,principali negozi /bar e acceso spiaggia entro 10 min a piedi, centro 20 min.Utilissime le biciclette da usare,comode non solo nelle ampie ciclabili lungomare ,parcheggio libero,facile da trovare sia sulla statale a due passi letteralmente, che nei viali alberati vicini. Diversi borghi caratteristici e suggestivi a pochi km,eventi / manifestazioni / musica / sagre territoriali ben organizzate. Ottima esperienza,da ripetere.Grazie Leonardo.

Wir kennen Patrizia schon vom letzten Jahr und der Kontakt mit ihr war wieder super! Sie geht gern (auch schon weit im Voraus) auf persönliche Wünsche ein, hatte ein paar Lebensmittel sowie Frühstück für uns besorgt und war unglaublich flexibel und zuvorkommend bei den Check-In und Check-Out Zeiten. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Wir haben Patrizias Wohnung 2 Jahre in Folge besucht, was wohl das beste Zeichen für eine tolle Wohnung mit hervorragender Gastegeberin ist! Vielen Dank und gerne wieder :)

Esperienza positiva. Posizione ottima. Anche se l'alloggio non ha proprio posto auto, non è difficile parcheggiare in zona.

L'appartamento di Massimo è molto funzionale, dotato di ogni comfort, pulito e comodissimo perchè a pochissimi metri dal mare. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole e Massimo si è reso sempre molto disponibile nonostante non fosse presente in quei giorni. Consiglio assolutamente!

Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!
