Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Fermo

An enchanting place immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills: an authentic oasis of peace, ideal for those looking for relaxation, nature and beauty. The house is beautiful — spacious, bright, perfectly clean and furnished with a refined taste that combines simplicity and warmth. Every detail conveys care and love for the welcome. Vincenzo and Nicoletta are exceptional hosts: present, always available for a tip or a chat, but never intrusive. You feel their passion and the pleasure of sharing this little slice of paradise with guests. A restorative stay, which we highly recommend to anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy breathtaking views, and feel at home even away from home.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

We enjoyed staying there. The quiet location in the middle of the nature of Monte Giberto let us switch off from everyday life very quickly. The Casa Piccola and the pool (which we even had to ourselves) were wonderful. Nesma was also a very lovely, humorous woman, who gave us valuable tips for activities, etc. We will also miss the cat Nera very much. Gladly again! Regards Verena and Robert

We loved our stay in Villa de Castelletta, we were a group of friends traveling to Marche for a wedding and found the Villa as the perfect base to visit the region. Close to beautiful villages , so troubled by countrified and a short 15 min drive to the beach . The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, modern, spacious and incredibly comfortable. And of course special mention apart is the pool area, where we passed several hours per day in bliss. Cant recomendable it highly enough

Even before we left the UK Fabio had made contact and made sure that everything was in place for our visit. On arrival the house and the views are stunning. The house is very large and spacious. It is very well equipped with everything we could have needed. It has a very large garden with the most stunning views. The garden is also gated which gives reassurance and secure parking. We will definitely be back. Thanks Fabio!

We spent 10 nights in this haven of tranquility in late May. We enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace outside of the kitchen every morning of our stay. On each day of our visit we made a point of discovering neighboring hilltop villages. This in itself was an unforgettable experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the organic olive oil tasting run by the proprietors of property. The care and detail than Livia and her husband have put into this place and the surrounding olive groves has made a perfect retreat for those lucky enough to stay there.

After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Finally, after a long time of finding a welcome in the old way... How airbnb was originally from where you met the host in person and he hosted you in his home making you feel welcomed and comfortable. So it was for us Luigino and Lara, his wife, who pampered us by offering us their produce from the garden, filling the house with games for our two-year-old daughter, recommending places to visit, etc... We had a great time Highly recommended!!! They would name them superhost❤️

We had a rely good time in the apartment. Everything was how it was described and the communication was clear and fast. I can recommend this House!

beautiful location, really quiet, which we liked. Roberto was easy to get hold of which enabled us to be confident about services. Snow still on mountains so stunning views! A fantastic time in this apartment!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

A recently and tastefully remodeled country house with everything needed. Spacious and well laid-out. Beautiful view over the hills. Nice pool. Quiet. Relatively far from shops, etc, in nearby towns. Landscaping ‘in progress’. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at the big and beautiful house. Katja and her husband were very helpful and communication went great. There was even an air conditioner installed in the upper bedrooms, which gave us pleasant temperatures during the night. Overall the house is very well equipped and very suitable for a larger family. The old town of Montefiore is very easily accessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back.

we have ha a great stay. unfortunately there were works going on at the house next door. due a miscommunication the gardener did pop up to do the grass 3 hours of noice. for the rest location is superb. people in Pontano are really friendly.

Great place with all the luxury in an absolutely quiet location. Stefano and his family are very nice hosts and always available for tips. We'd love to come back anytime!

Have just spent a fabulous week at Casa Margherita. Absolutely beautiful house with fantastic gardens and breathtaking views. Pool was used every day despite the slightly cooler weather. Fausto was so friendly and helpful. The property had everything we needed and easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of spaces to socialise or relax on your own. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.
