Extremely cozy, clean, comfortable and cool house, located in an area surrounded by greenery, easily accessible and comfortable. Very kind and helpful host, punctual in the hours. We had a really good time. Great rating!

Andrea’s place is just beautiful! I went with my husband for our honeymoon. Andrea provided lots of food and drinks for us. As well as a bottle of wine to celebrate! He is located very close to the main part of the town, which has many great restaurants and bars.

Casa Radiosa was a beautiful discovery, for us who were 6 of us it was a very pleasant stay. As a host we found two people of very rare availability! Highly recommended if you are passing through Sora and surroundings 🥰

We had a great time in the snow. The accommodation is very nice organized in the spaces, with impeccable cleanliness and everything you need to cook, entertain the children and stay warm after a day in the snow. Close to both the village and the Campo Staffi facility. Francesca was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay. We actually had a great time. Thank you

The house is really great, spacious and bright, all areas are large, and the view is super good, super large terrace.The station is downstairs, making it easy to get around.There is also a supermarket across the street for convenient shopping.It's a living experience that is worth more than the price.Totally recommend it.

Delightful apartment in a quiet residence with a beautiful garden, very well-kept and equipped with all amenities, even if not discounted, and a nice terrace. Strategic location both to reach the sea (even on foot, if you want, with a 20-minute walk in the shade) and the center of Sabaudia. Very kind and helpful, Chiara and Renata, whom I thank for your availability at flexible check-in on Sundays and for promptly meeting our requests. Absolutely recommended for families.

We had a great time at Chiara's place, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Chiara was very helpful and allowed us to both check in early and stay a few more hours on the day of departure without asking us for additional fees. We will definitely be back in this facility.

The apartment was perfect for our family. Ana Maria was there to greet us upon our arrival and gave us a quick overview of the place along with providing us restaurant recommendations. The showers were hot and there was an assortment of breakfast items and coffee, we felt very comfortable.

We were accompanied by the address indicated to the apartment by Mrs. Sonia, who was immediately very kind and helpful, along with Roberto, throughout the stay. The area is really very quiet and the balcony view opens to valley. In general, all the spaces in the room were spacious, bright, and clean. The bathtub was greatly appreciated, although we were unable to activate the hot tub (I don't know if due to actual problems or our incompetence). Various products have also been provided for both bathing and cooking, so even for longer stays there would be everything you need. For check-out the owners were really very permissive, as there were no reservations for the next day. If you are driving, Lenola is definitely an excellent base to visit nearby areas as well, such as Gaeta. Absolutely recommended for those looking for peace of mind!

We had a great time, the accommodation was very comfortable and very close to the center of Barrea, within walking distance. Claudia was very helpful and we also appreciated the welcome gift! Recommended for those who choose to enjoy a vacation in relaxation and adventure, given the many activities that nature reserves for us. Thank you for everything, see you soon!

Fantastic place

Roberto was a kind and polite person, he helped me get to the apartment and showed me the city. The apartment is small and in a quiet building, the outside space is green and quiet. I usually ran there in the nature and I was there for a month. Overall, it is very good for someone who wants to spend some time in a quiet place.

great experience. great location and context. small but functional house. as I recommend, I would add sheets and towels as for 4 people it becomes an additional luggage. owner available and always present by phone. we'll be back!
