The cottage

"La casetta" is located in a mountainous area near Roccagorga (LT). It is 35 minutes from the sea (Sabaudia), between Rome (50 minutes by train from Sezze) and Naples. The house is autonomous, with a large garden and private use of the swimming pool (from June to October), the swimming pool overlooks the valley with views of the mountains and horizon on the sea of Circeo. It is equipped with a fireplace for heating and a large outdoor BBQ. There are two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), a bathroom and an indoor kitchen.

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Italian Cabins with a vintage American Style.

Mountain cabins nestled in the Italian countryside with charming villages nearby for local restaurants, bars & cafes. Marked hiking trails are just outside the door. There are direct trains to Rome (-1 hour), Naples (2 hours) & the sea (Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina within 25 minutes)--or just relax in nature! BONUS: When you rent one cabin, the second cabin is included. The entire property (two cabins & pool) is rented to only one set of guests for complete privacy. And breakfast is included!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

In the green Ciociaria, a territory in the heart of the Lazio Region, resides a completely renovated old cottage, featuring 3 large lounges with panoramic windows, 3 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with corresponding balconies (possibility of adding an additional single bed), 1 large kitchen, a TV set, a beautiful fireplace, as well as a laundry facility. You can enjoy the beautiful pool during a warm summer's day, or take long hikes along multiple mountains surrounded by vivid green scenery.
