Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

La struttura è nella zona centrale di Villetta barrea. I mini appartamenti sono molto carini e tipici....materassi comodi, bagno ampio e pulito. Manuela è stata molto gentile e professionale.

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Come già accaduto l’anno scorso, anche questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato semplicemente MAGNIFICO! Eleonora e Andrea sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e autentiche: mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo luogo a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della riconnessione con la natura e, soprattutto, con se stesso.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

Nota assolutamente positiva per l'host e la sua famiglia, che si sono impegnati a offrirci tutto il loro aiuto per qualsiasi necessità o domanda sulle migliori attività da fare nel circondario. La casa in sé rispettava completamente ciò che la sua descrizione qui in piattaforma presentava, per nulla scontato secondo le mie esperienze passate. Il paesino dove si trova la struttura è tranquillissimo, ideale come base per riposare dopo aver svolto attività fisiche nei dintorni come noi (trekking, sport sulla neve, esplorazioni serali delle città vicine come Scanno). Nel complesso ci ha soddisfatto molto l'intera esperienza, per cui ci sentiamo di consigliarla a pieni voti 🙂

Giuseppe e la sua famiglia ci hanno offerto un'accoglienza calorosa, facendoci sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Bellissima la casa e lo spazio all'aperto, attrezzato con tanti giochi per la nostra piccola. Massima attenzione anche per il nostro cagnolino. Arredo di gusto, pulizia maniacale e tanti extra aggiuntivi graditissimi (acqua, succhi e vino in frigo, cialde del caffè, dolci per la prima colazione). Soggiorno da 10 e lode.

Very clean modern apartment with gorgeous views from every room as well as from the rooftop access. Apartment is located in the best neighborhood. Very short walk to coffee, restaurants, grocery store, and parking. Host was very nice and attentive.

I can’t say enough about this place. All brand new so convent and the host is beyond great. Stay here and you too will love it

Merci encore à Lucrezia pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, ses conseils pour le restaurant … Sa maison est parfaite pour accueillir de grandes familles comme la notre. Tout le monde a apprécié de se retrouver dans ce bel endroit en pleine nature, en toute simplicité avec pour réveil les oiseaux. Séjour inoubliable que nous avons partagé en famille pour une occasion très spéciale. Idéale pour les grands groupes, vous vous sentez comme chez vous …. Nous avons pu faire la connaissance de Lucrezia, nous recommandons vivement ce logement…. A bientôt, au plaisir d’ y séjourner à nouveau Sylvie et sa famille

Anna Maria / Michele house was as authentic medieval Italian house as it gets. This is the real deal, massive personality and a genuine treasure. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer, so responsive, so accommodating and incredibly helpful. If you’re staying in or around Carpineto, I couldn’t recommend this accommodation highly enough!

Salvatore was a great host. Very responsive to answering my questions, and very helpful at guiding me with the check-in process. Also, very patient and easy-going for letting me come back and pay the tourist tax I forgot to pay. The home was spotless, with wonderful vistas of the historic center of Fiuggi from the balcony. My only regret is not staying there longer.
