Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

Soggiornare a Casa Olivia a Serramonacesca è stata un’esperienza straordinaria. Immersa nel verde del Parco Nazionale della Maiella, la casa offre una vista mozzafiato e un’atmosfera di pace unica. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con calore da Nicoletta, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, mentre l’host Cecelia è stata sempre disponibile e attenta, offrendoci preziosi consigli per esplorare la zona. Il giardino e la terrazza sono perfetti per rilassarsi e godere dei tramonti spettacolari. La posizione è ideale per chi ama la natura: sentieri, borghi storici e persino il mare sono facilmente raggiungibili. L’energia di questo luogo, unita all’ospitalità impeccabile, ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

L’endroit est magnifique. L’appartement était très propres, bien entretenu et confortable. Les enfants ont adorés la piscine et la proximité avec les animaux.

Wir haben in La Finestra eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und wurden bei der Ankunft schon sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist prima ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder mal nach Santo Stefano in das La Finestra und können die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Wir danken den Gastgebern sehr herzlich.

L’alloggio di Efisio é dotato di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, ampio e pulito. Il giardino molto grande e curato, il nostro cane si è potuto godere in libertà il grande spazio. Dalla casa si sente il ruscello che scorre. Ottimo posto per staccare dal caos della città. Abbiamo conosciuto Efisio e i suoi genitori, persone molto gentili ed accoglienti. Efisio è stato un host sempre disponibile, risponde sempre e velocemente ai messaggi, ci è venuto in contro per tutte le nostre esigenze, ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili sui dintorni da visitare, flessibile con gli orari di check-in e check-out. Per il self check-in grazie alle indicazioni precise fornite da Efisio in precedenza non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Consiglio a tutti l’alloggio di Efisio! Noi speriamo di avere la possibilità di tornare!

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questo splendido Casale immerso nel silenzio dei colli abruzzesi e, nonostante fosse la settimana di Ferragosto, è stato rigenerante. Eravamo in 8 di cui 4 bambini, eppure gli spazi sono talmente grandi da non aver avuto nessun problema di sovraffolamento. Abbiamo patito un pó il caldo la prima notte, non credo sia necessaria l'aria, ma magari delle ventole a soffitto nelle camere aiuterebbero. Mare a 15/20 minuti, ma la quiete del posto ripaga la non immediata vicinanza. Servizi facilmente raggiungibili. Siamo stati costretti a trascorrere un paio di giorni nel Casale causa malessere di un bambino, eppure non ci è pesato grazie alla presenza della piscina ed anzi, ne abbiamo giovato in ricarica energetica! Ci ritorneremo, magari tra sole mamme!!

Ottimo alloggio per gruppi numerosi. La casa è estremamente organizzata e c'è tutto l'indispensabile per cucinare e mangiare in tanti. La chalet è un po' datato e mostra i segni del tempo, in compenso è un ambiente caldo e accogliente ed è pulito. L'host è sempre celere nel rispondere ad eventuali richieste e fornisce indicazioni precise e veloci. E' stato un ottimo soggiorno.

Eravamo due nuclei familiari e siamo stati benissimo. Casa molto grande con ampi spazi all'aperto, area barbecue comodissima e infine una grande piscina con affaccio sulla vallata. Posizione ottima a 15minuti dal mare. Consigliatissima

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het uitzicht is prachtig en het huis is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het zwembad is supergroot. De host reageert snel en vriendelijk. Echt aanbevolen als je van rust en natuur houdt.

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and the location/view was one of our favourite parts. We felt secluded and sat out on the terrace for the majority of our stay - all day and all evening. The pool was great, especially when it's been so hot. We weren't aware the pool was shared with other guests but it didn't end up being an issue. We also had to buy all of our own salt/olive oil etc but again, not a big issue as we were there for 2 weeks. Riccardo was really friendly and great at communicating with me, he made it all very easy! Would definitely recommend :)

il soggiorno da Jessica al Pecci Ranch è stato fantastico. La camera è comoda con il bagno in camera, l'aria fresca mentre a Roma si moriva di caldo (16° a luglio di notte!) , a 5 minuti dal centro di Tagliacozzo dove si possono trovare ottimi ristoranti e anche una vivace programmazione di eventi estivi. Inoltre vicino al Ranch sono disponibili una piscina, campi di padel, escursioni a cavallo e si trova circa mezzora di auto dal Santuario della Santissima Trinità dove si possono fare spendidi trekking. Torneremo sicuramente!

Hôte très sympathique et agréable. Belle maison. Le paysage depuis la piscine est incroyable. Nous reviendrons.

What to say to summarise an incredible stay... The property itself is beautiful, run by a passionate group of people, with incredible produce grown on site or by their neighbours. We had expected to go to visit local restaurants but instead spent both nights in the winery sampling the home cooked food and incredible wine. Despite being 40 minutes to an hour from central Rome the property was incredibly peaceful and quiet, with views overlooking the vineyard. Waking up to see the clouds moving across the mountains and Rome in the distance was lovely, with ample outdoor room to sit and relax in. Maria could not have made us feel more welcome, going out of her way to help us sample the very best authentic Italian food and wine, align with suggestions for our ongoing trip. 1000 words isn't enough, I cannot recommend this enough. Also Cleo is an absolute star 🥰

Stefania's place is a beautiful large property with much land around full of olive trees. We arrived on a first day when there were too many children and Stefania assured us once the kids were gone, on the following day, the place would be totally different. It was true. An oasis if peace, quiet and ease. We went there with our dog and he also was very happy!

We had an amazing experience at Panfilo! Anna Maria and Lino are some of the sweetest, warmest people and their hospitality far exceeded our expectations. They were so welcoming right from the start, serving us some of their homemade vino cotto (an abruzzese specialty), taking us on a tour of the entire farm, and letting us harvest seasonal veggies from their crops to cook for dinner. The place itself needs no praise - it is as gorgeous as it looks in pictures. The room is cozy and comfortable, and there’s plenty of space around the house to sit and lounge throughout day. We wanted to do a bbq one day, and they readily pointed us to a macelleria at the nearby town and got the charcoal started for us in the evening. The ultimate joy came every morning, seeing the lovely breakfast set-up with a whole array of food, both sweet and savoury. Not only did it keep us fulfilled for the rest of the day, we had some leftover pastries to bring along for our hike! Really lovely place in the historic center of Loreto Aprutino. Lots of nice charming decorative details and very walkable to the cafes/bars. They have a very well stocked kitchen which was great for us as we stayed 2 weeks. We also loved the view from the terrace on the top floor. Great for breakfast coffee, happy hour sitting, etc. Everyone in the town was very friendly and New Evo had great pizza and arrosticini (nice walk). Highly recommend!!!

Merci pour l’accueil que nous avons reçu , Valerie était toujours disponible pour nous et antonio au petit soin à la moindre demande ! Le cadre est magnifique la maison est fidèle à la description un havre de paix pour se reposer relaxer et ressourcer faciliter d’accès à la montagne ou à la mer proche de chieti, les conseils de Valerie pour visiter la région sont top , un grand merci nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances decouvert une magnifique région et des paysages époustouflant.

lieve Helenia en familie, We hebben veel plezier gehad bij jullie. het appartement op de begane grond is ruim en mooi. we waren verrast, omdat het veel mooier is dan op de foto's. we hebben veel genoten van de zitplaats buiten en de grote tuin. We zijn dankbaar voor de lekkere cake, eieren, wijn, pasta saus en ga zo maar door. Wat een lieve mensen zijn jullie. er moeten meer mensen zoals jullie bestaan. ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven! Meer dan je geld waard. Liefs van ons.

This was our second stay this year at Alessio's house. Sounds like an addiction,....well it is. Probably because we love Abruzzo and its people. I have never encountered so many friendly and helpful people in one place as in this part of Italy. If you love tranquility, the sea and the mountains, then this is the Place. 30Min to the beach in Roseto. 1 hour to Campo Imperatore and Grand Sasso ("Il gigante que dormire" as they say in Abruzzo). Amazing. If you are a wine lover, Abruzzo has a number of rather unknown cantinas but if you give the unknown a try, your tongue will experience sensual miracles. The same goes for the natural and pure olive oil...well what can I say....try it !!!

Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso: l’alloggio di Lino e Annamaria è perfetto per una gita fuori porta, lontano dalla frenesia della quotidianità. La piscina è qualcosa di meraviglioso, le stanze rustiche ma molto curate e che dire della colazione: tutti prodotti freschi, dal produttore al consumatore! Torneremo sicuramente :)
