First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

The apartment in was very spacious and we really liked it! On one side, there’s a beautiful sea view — you just go downstairs and you're right on the beach. On the other side, it overlooks the main pedestrian street, full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. Public parking was also available nearby at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved it too, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

The accommodation is in a separate area, making it very quiet and pleasant. Private access to the beach is also great. The apartment itself is cozy, though not too large. For our holiday of 5 nights with a small child, however, sufficient. You should only be prepared for the mosquitoes when getting out of the car in the private parking lot. In the apartment, there are fly nets on the windows and also mosquito spray/plugs, so that was not a problem. Natalia is a great host, always responds quickly and helps with problems. We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

Great location, and the apartment has a charming retro vibe with plenty of original 80s furniture. It’s a great value for the price!

The apartment was super nice, spacious and furnished to a high standard, with all amenities such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, rain showers. The fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is downright luxurious. The location is sensational - 50 meters to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We also really appreciated the private parking. The vacation was great all around! Dario as a host was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions, very flexible (for example, we were able to enter the apartment earlier than actually planned). We felt welcome and valued by him - it couldn't get any better.

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio,which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Very equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and we imagine that in the summer season the Spring plant is even more enchanting!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and highly recommend it!

We were two small families sharing the Villa Gamba part of Byron House. The house was perfect for sharing with friends or family. Very spacious and with many bathrooms. We really enjoyed the access to the river and the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t use the garden as much as we would have liked to, because it was high summer and the heat and the mosquitoes was a bit too intense. However, I have to say that even with windows open all night (no AC) the mosquitoes surprisingly were no problem at all in the house. The beds were beautiful and comfortable and everything was very clean and inviting in this very authentic villa. The road is just outside the house, but it didn’t bother us. Several parking options. The communication with Janet is very easy and thorough. For example the garbage sorting is a bit intricate, but Janet’s guidance is very helpful. We also enjoyed the town and the local public pool. We spent a week at the house but were aching to stay longer. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish! The house is lovely and cozy within 2-3 min walk from the nearest beach. There are restaurants, bike rentals and fruit vendors in vicinity and we enjoy leisurely walk to the town every evening. All just seems such a breeze. The host, who is super responsive and friendly, provided recommendations on local shopping and dining and is always there to answer questions. Definitely an address to keep- I feel like it’s a little piece of secret for the visitors for Forte dei Marmi or surroundings.

This is an amazing place- great location right next to a beautiful sandy beach, with own shaded space reserved. The pool was also lovely and facilities great. Pietro was always on hand to help us and answer any enquiries. He kindly booked us taxis and was always very friendly.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

We recently stayed at this apartment in Marina di Pietrasanta and had a great time. The accommodation is a bit basic and more like a traditional beach house when compared to a modern apartment but that’s expected when you’re just 30m from the beach! It didn’t affect our experience at all. A highlight was the private gazebo on the beach, perfect for relaxing on the beach. We also had access to the pool, great for when we didn’t want to swim in the sea. Next to the pool is a restaurant, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, so we could enjoy long lunches while our little one played in the water. The location is excellent, just a 500m walk to the main square with shops, cafés and a great evening vibe. Forte dei Marmi is just a short drive away for high-end shopping. If you’re after a laid-back beach holiday with everything nearby, this is a great pick, we’ve already recommended it to friends.

The location is good, the only problem is the voltage is not very stable, but finally resolved, parking at the door needs to be paid or you will be fined

We were very satisfied! Clean, well-equipped rooms, friendly host and quiet environment overlooking the harbor! Ideal choice for relaxation – we can only recommend it!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in a nice B&B. The accommodation is sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. The location of the stay is very central. You will be at the boulevard in a few minutes and also the beach is not far away. We ended up renting bicycles so we could see a lot of Viareggio, but also the towns nearby. From Viareggio you can reach Pisa or Lucca in 20 minutes by train. So perfect! The hosts were very friendly and were actually always available. We got a lot of tips about good restaurants to eat or where we can rent the bikes, for example. All in all, had a great stay. Highly recommend!

We had already booked this apartment for the second time and were again very satisfied. We really liked the location, the modern furnishings and the comfort. Highlighted is the excellent communication with Sophia, who practically day or night in case of problems immediately and helped us out. The only point of criticism was that compared to last year, not quite all the amenities were available and we had to ask a few things. Although Sophia solved practically all the challenges immediately, it was still a small smear. Whining to a high standard.

The place was great with wonderful views of Pedona from the patio and the bedroom. Eleonora was very helpful and friendly, feeding us strawberries and yogurt when we arrived hungry and tired. You will not be disappointed. Note: We did find the road up to Pedona challenging, but driving in Italy is not the same as in Canada.

The apartment was very welcoming and clean. It had everything you need. The proximity to the beach is definitely a strong point, along with the view of the sea from the balcony. It's really within walking distance of the sea. Nearby there was everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shop, etc. Andrea is a very kind, helpful and above all flexible staff. It allowed us not only to check in early but later check-out, which allowed us to do everything slowly. Great experience that we will definitely repeat.
