Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Lucca

Thank you so much for this beachfront airbnb, Gianluca answered our questions the apartment was clean I didn't know there was no parking space and the nearest public beach is a 15min walk away

First of all, a fantastic location, the apartment practically on the beach, waking up and looking at the sea was beautiful. Then the location to reach the goals we had set for ourselves was perfect. The apartment is very nice, clean and Sarà is always ready for anything you need.

The apartment in was very spacious and we really liked it! On one side, there’s a beautiful sea view — you just go downstairs and you're right on the beach. On the other side, it overlooks the main pedestrian street, full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. Public parking was also available nearby at a very reasonable cost. We enjoyed our stay, the kids loved it too, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

The accommodation is in a separate area, making it very quiet and pleasant. Private access to the beach is also great. The apartment itself is cozy, though not too large. For our holiday of 5 nights with a small child, however, sufficient. You should only be prepared for the mosquitoes when getting out of the car in the private parking lot. In the apartment, there are fly nets on the windows and also mosquito spray/plugs, so that was not a problem. Natalia is a great host, always responds quickly and helps with problems. We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

Lovely apartment in a great area. Super clean, modern, and well decorated. Had all the utilities we needed. Martina was extremely helpful, gave lots of recommendations and helped with a flexible check in/check out. Couldn’t be happier with the experience - definitely recommend.

Great location, and the apartment has a charming retro vibe with plenty of original 80s furniture. It’s a great value for the price!

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and well-maintained, renovated a few years ago. In general, all the furniture was very functional. It was really like staying at home, with all the comforts you need (even more when traveling with a 2-year-old). Private indoor parking is the icing on the cake, in an area where finding parking is often difficult. Sophia was very kind, both at check-in and during the stay. We'll definitely be back!

It was one of the best accommodations! A nice, beautiful house with all the amenities and instructions. The hosts are very friendly people, they will always help and advise, they take care of the comfort for the guests, even better than in an expensive hotel! It was delightful, a place 7 minutes from the sea, you can see beautiful sunsets. Very well-groomed territory, apricot tree and beauty around! I look forward to meeting again, I did not want to leave, I was very comfortable!

Charming apartment on the waterfront with access to the beach and pool. The house is clean and tidy and the staff are really kind, we also found great support from the bathroom staff. Everything is perfect, recommended

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Beautiful beach views and sunsets! We loved the location easy to walk to places. Eleanora responded quickly to my questions. Terrace is large and a special feature. We hope to return next year.

We enjoyed our stay. Very responsive host and appartement was in good shape and only a short walk away from the beach. The only thing for us that there were constructions downstairs so noise for our baby, but the host tried to manage to ease our experience.

We had a great stay at Marialauras place, close to the beach and central infrastructure of Viareggio. The apartment is calm and chill because of its height, so it was never too hot inside. There are tons of bagnos (bathing establishments) around, but you can also go to the public beach of Camalore, which is just 7-10 minutes to walk, if you go to the right alone the beach. We love Toscana and will definitely come again.

Maria was precise, punctual and very kind, even when we had a setback. The accommodation is close to everything and even if it is small, it has everything you need.

For us, this place was perfect! An apartment full of light, sea view with sunset in the front, pine forest and mountains in the back. We were so happy with this choice, because I was sick for three days and it was so nice to have such a wonderful home. Beautiful house for a couple. Equipped in a beautiful building with concierge; beautiful neighborhood between the pine forest and the beaches. Convenient elevator and bike space; plus the host was super at check-in and check-out. You don't need anything and there are many services close to the house. Very positive experience and we hope to be back soon.

Everything about the apartment was great except that it is a little far from the beach. Maria was very nice however and we really enjoyed our stay :)

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they have welcomed us very well, the apartment is comfortable, well decorated, clean, well equipped with everything a family needs to spend great holidays by the sea. The location is perfect, close to the sea, to the trade that you can go on foot, the Viareggio boardwalk, which is very pleasant to walk at any time, car parking is abundant, the proximity of sights throughout Tuscany (Florence, Pisa, etc.) and Cinque Terre was fundamental to our holidays. I definitely recommend this host and this apartment for stay on holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It is located in a private, secure complex surrounded by greenery and trees, in a very quiet and peaceful area. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach, where you can choose between free beaches or private ones for a fee. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and whichever way you go, you’re surrounded by trees, flowers, and beautiful scenery. Parking inside the complex was easy — we have found a spot without any problems. Access to the complex is secure, with a magnetic card provided by the owner. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The host was kind, helpful, and always quick to reply to our messages with useful information. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!
