Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

A fresh organic breakfast tasted in a wide, quiet, private garden, while enjoying the scenery of the Pizzorne mountain woods. Feeling the warm typical Toscana “cotto” tiles inside, preparing a “fiorentina” steak in the barbecue outside and relaxing on the beach chairs after a solar shower and swimming in the wide pool.

The cottage is located under the main road and is surrounded by nature and is accessible with a few steps walking down the road . The cottage has a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom but has a beautiful and huge garden where you can eat, all accompanied by a swimming pool with panoramic views.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place.
