Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Massa and Carrara

My husband and I visited Cinque Terre during our honeymoon and stayed at Leonardo’s place. Watching the sunsets from the patio truly made our trip. Leonardo was very helpful with his directions and we were sooo happy we choose his place to stay. We had a lot of luggage and there were some stairs from the train station to his place. We managed fine but he also gave us a name and number for a luggage service. I would suggest using the luggage service if you are not in the best shape.

This place was wonderful and very good value. It was well situated in Riomaggiore and close to everything. The host greeted us at the door and gave us a full introduction to the apartment. They had just remodeled it so everything was clean and shiny. Far enough away from the train station so there were no loud noises at night. The sofa bed was really comfortable, as comfortable as a regular bed and the separate bedroom was cozy with also a very comfortable bed. Good shower pressure and the bathroom was accessible from the hallway, not the bedroom. The host also provided olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, Sugar, and coffee for both the old fashioned espresso maker, and the new automated espresso makers. Definitely rate this Apartment as 10 out of 10 and I would return here in a heartbeat.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick und Hafenblick. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 200m entfernt nach La Spezia oder Portovenere. Auto kann man direkt vor der Tür oder in der Sackgasse parken. Die Wohnung und die Lage zu Ausflugszielen ist sehr zentral. Die Kommunikation mit Nicola und Francesca ist sehr liebenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

San Terenzo ist perfekt um Cinque Terre und La Spezia zu erkunden, trotzdem ist der Ort ruhig und wenig touristisch. Perfekt für erholsame Ferien. Wir haben es sehr genossenbin San Terenzo. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, jedoch sehr schön renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber und mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet. Natalia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich und immer gut erreichbar. Sie hilft einem mit Tipps zur Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Francesca est réactive et connais très bien sa région pour de bons conseils appropriés. Très sympathique avec beaucoup de petites attentions à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons

My wife and I had an amazing stay here and would definitely book it again. The hosts, Rosanna and Salvatore, were wonderful. They were very friendly and responsive. They met us near the train station upon our arrival and showed us the beautiful looking home as well as recommendations for the area during our stay. The home itself was very clean and looked so cool. The best part was having a giant private terrace overlooking the water. Amazing views! Wish we stayed here longer.

The hosts were very responsive and great. The apartment was sunny, airy, overlooked the ocean, and also close to the restaurants. Would love to come back.

Logement très bien situé pour visiter les Cinque Terre et accéder à plein de restaurants. Vu l’emplacement il faut s’attendre à du bruit la nuit en raison des bars tout près. Malgré tout le lit est confortable et le logement contient tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et se préparer des repas. Irene a été très réactive pour nous aider.

La casa di Sarah e Massimo è in ottima posizione, l'interno è spazioso e modermo, cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Lo spazio esterno è grande e molto bello, ricco di piante e in un clima di relax. Le bici a disposizione degli ospiti sono un valore aggiunto. L'host è sempre stato reattivo e professionale e ci ha fornito consigli utili su prodotti locali. Casa super consigliata!

Antonellas place is the best! We particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio overlooking the coast. We weren’t sure which town to stay in when we booked but ended up being so glad we chose Corniglia- each Cinque Terre village gets busy and crowded during the day, but Corniglia in particular gets so quiet and peaceful after all the crowds leave. It was so relaxing!! Thank you Antonella!!

This house is magical. :) The ancient stone walls married with the beautifully modern and renovated kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The views exceptional. Our family of 5 (3 kids, young professionals, in their 20s) were completely at home and always excited for their next adventure. There was something for everyone - hiking, swimming, wonderful restaurants, and adventures to other villages and towns. The trains, trails, and shuttles met every need. The TWO terraces were family central to admire views, share stories of the day, and be together. Corniglia is delightful. It empties out in the evening and we felt like locals. The villagers were so welcoming. Christina was a perfect host. We all want to come back.

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Tout s’est très bien passé, Lola nous a accueilli et accompagné, le contact est très bien passé. Le village est magnifique et l’emplacement de l’appartement au bord de l’eau très reposant. La petite terrasse surplombant la mer était très agréable. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement.

We had a wonderful time at Giulia’s Airbnb! The home is not only beautiful and spotless, but also incredibly well thought out—especially for anyone traveling with a baby. Giulia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing everything we could possibly need: a crib, high chair, baby bath, mosquito nets, and even a few toys and books, which our little one loved. The garden was a real highlight—a peaceful, private space where we could relax while the baby played safely. It was perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evenings. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with Giulia was excellent from start to finish. She and her partner were very kind, responsive, and full of helpful tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay as a young family and would 100% come back. Highly recommend!

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

Loved the location and the peaceful surroundings. The walks going from the house are amazing (1000 steps and the one to the beach) but they are more like hikes so be prepared with proper shoes. There is parking close by and our host arranged for a local guide to help us orient ourselves to the area.

The view from this apartment is incredible. The photos don’t really do it justice. We had our coffee and pastries out each morning and one night pizza for dinner. I appreciate that there is a table and not just chairs. Riomaggiore can be kind of noisy at night but the bedroom windows solidly kept any noice out. The downstairs rooms and bathroom are really spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washing machine twice and I greatly appreciate that pods were provided. Michele was so friendly, helpful and communicative when I was trying to sort out a fishing trip for my family. He saved the day! Would highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a space with one of the most amazing views in the world, then book this space immediately! Watching the sunset from the balcony every night is incredible and made our first experience in Manarola unforgettable. Erica's space was super clean and beautifully designed. More of a modern set up, with unique lighting options and a large jacuzzi tub. Although we didn't use much of it, there are plenty of kitchen items, to make you feel at home, plus a washing machine! All that being said, there is a pretty impressive climb to the space. Unfortunately, we arrived in town after the assisted check-in window, so my wife and I had to push our luggage up a pretty steep incline, through the town, and then up a good amount of steps, plus the room is three flights up from the entrance. So, if daily climbs and steps aren't your thing, then maybe this isn't the spot for you. All in all, Erica's place is amazing and made our stay in Manarola a really great one.

Ilenia’s place is adorable, clean, and, quiet and has a great vibe. Ilenia’s check-in and check out instructions were so clear with detailed photographs showing the way. Ilenia was so responsive and kind, even bringing us additional toilet paper and beach towels. Ilenia is a great host and we loved coming back to the calmness of her place after long days out hiking, etc. P.S. the stairs getting in are steep, but just hold the handrail, there are steep stairs all over the cinque terre. 100% recommend

What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

Enkeleta was a very good host and available at all time. The apartment was tidy and close to restaurants, bars and train station. I would come back!
