Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Massa and Carrara

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

This is a very clean, well situated apartment with a wonderful view. It’s located just next to the elevator for the Riomaggiore train station, and the host offers wonderful dinner suggestions in the neighborhood. It’s a fairly small apartment, but it has everything you might need as a couple.

The apartment with the big sunny terrace overlooking the ocean was picturesque and well equipped. We took a beach umbrella and provided beach towels to the rock beach. We lounged in comfortable chairs on the terrace. The sounds of ocean waves put us to sleep at night on a comfortable mattress and the light blocking shutters worked well with the bright sunrise. Like all of Riomaggiore, there are many stairs in this apartment.

Our holiday in Campiglia was really very nice. The apartment was furnished with everything you need for an extended stay. There was really nothing missing. However, I wish there were covers for the duvets. But otherwise everything was great. In about 30 minutes you are on a very quiet stone beach. However, moderate fitness is required here. Perfect for people who like to hike. By bus, it takes about 25 minutes to get to the train station in la spezia , where all trains go towards Cinque Terre. However, the bus only runs in the afternoon on Sundays. But the people in the village are very helpful, an older couple took us down to La Spezia. Our favorite was the garden from which could look to the sea and the restaurant Piccoloblu, where you can eat and drink very well and inexpensively. Giulia was very helpful and we were picked up right at the bus stop. Even a later check out was no problem. I'll gladly come back. 😊

Roberto's place was wonderful! He was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. When reviewers say it is a lot of steps, it is not an understatement! When you leave for the day, you want to be sure you have everything you need - you're not going to run back up real quickly! That being said, the view is worth every step! Also, I am in my 50s, my 21 year old daughter didn't mind the steps so much! ;) Additionally, Roberto helped bring up my luggage. The place is smaller than I expected, but still worked perfectly for myself and my daughter - you're not there to hang out inside - and the outdoor spaces were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wow - it was really so beautiful! I also recommended the beautiful accommodation directly to my friends. We were even allowed to arrive earlier and were warmly welcomed. We were in Italy in June and the stone walls made it pleasantly cool in the bedroom. It was as typically Italian as you can imagine. Everything is very clean. The garden and the complex are super well maintained. Huge lemon trees, olive trees, flowers - everything is very harmonious and exudes its Italian flair. The pool and views are truly a dream! The location is perfect for excursions to Pisa or Cinque Terre. We were even invited to dinner and that was really an experience. The neighbors and Eugenio and family are very nice. It was incredibly delicious. Perhaps interesting: in the village there is a supermarket (about 10 min drive) and a bakery. Walking the dog directly at the accommodation is a bit difficult, as there is only the steep street. It was perfect for us - thank you ❤️

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay! The place is serene, beautiful, and exactly what we were looking for — peaceful and away from the crowds. It is a bit isolated if you don’t have a car, but for us, that was part of the charm. The view is absolutely breathtaking — we spent hours just soaking it all in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape. We can’t wait to return!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest spot to the accommodation so that we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.

The house is nice and spacious for 5 people. It is well placed to discover the region. Thank you so much for your personalized hospitality. We recommend the listing for a stay with family.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

I went to the nearby attraction, Cinque Terre, and it was nice that the host kindly guided me and responded quickly to my questions. The kitchen in the house was well-equipped with cooking utensils and facilities, so it was convenient, and the living room was satisfying to experience an Italian home with a cabinet and books that felt like a cultural and dignified. I want to recommend it as a place I want to come back to next time.

We were warmly welcomed by Dennis and his dad. The instructions and conversation were clear as they can speak in French and English. The recommendations given on things to see on site were very good and gave us ideas during our stay. We would highly recommend hosting!

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!
