Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

Séjour parfait. La maison est propre est fonctionnel. Idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Hôte à l’écoute et accessible.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

This accommodation was so incredible , I actually got teary eyed when the host opened the house up for us , We felt like we were in a fairy tale . The views are panoramic and breath taking . You can see a castle across the valley ! It’s a quiet tranquil town , with interesting history . The house is charming and decorated very tastefully . My kids are already talking about how they want to come back some day . Thank you again ❤️

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

The stay in this beautiful house was beyond our expectations. The house was very clean and Sylwia was always there to help and guide us. Our stay was for a week and we wished it would never end. Sylwia is a wonderful person. With her you feel like you are among your family. Everything was perfect: the nature, the weather, the House and the sweet presence of the dog Samer. Our child was very happy to play with her. My wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Sylwia.

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

Un oasis de paix dans les hauteurs de La Spezia, à seulement 10 minutes de marche de la gare et des Cinque Terre. Le garage privé a été très apprécié. Giorgia était très attentionnée et a bien répondu à toutes nos questions pour rendre votre voyage agréable

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Turchetti! It’s so beautiful, the house is beautifully decorated, clean and nice! And not least, Silvia and Federico are really lovely and hospitable hosts. At the same kind both personal and professional. We also recommend to stay in and eat dinner at the fantastic restaurant- beautiful environment and really good food. The area is stunning.

Angelo è stato fin da subito molto disponibile nel fornirci indicazioni in merito all’alloggio e al check-in. È un ragazzo molto educato e alla mano! Alloggio super consigliato se si vuole godere di giorni di relax e pace.

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. Eine ruhige, fast vergessene, aber charmante Umgebung. Ideal, um sich zu erholen und in die Weite zu schauen. Wer es individuell und einsam mag, ist hier richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Eric war schnell und unkompliziert.

l'appartamento di Anna,si trova nel centro storico di Carrara,a qualche minuto a piedi dall'interessante Duomo della città ,dal palazzo Cybo Malaspina,sede dell'accademia di Belle Arti della città,da piazza A.Gramsci ,e dalla maestosa seicentesca piazza Alberica. l'appartamento , ottimale per una persona singola come me,pulito,Anna,una persona simpatica e disponibile che mi ha dato utili consigli su cosa visitare in città e nei dintorni ,per dintorni ,intendo le cave di marmo,famose in tutto il mondo,a mio avviso ,si dovrebbero visitare anche le frazioni di Colonnata,Torano,Miseglia-Fantiscritti ,per finire a circa 8 Km dal centro storico di Carrara,troviamo la marina.Consigliato

A very atmospheric place. A bit spartan, but that's part of its charm. There's a usable fireplace with a supply of wood. The surroundings of the cottage are comfortable and set up for relaxation. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. The area is beautiful, with mountain views and opportunities for hiking. On the other hand, the beach is just a 20-minute drive away.

Francesca and her kind family have created a once-in-a-lifetime, soul-grounding experience in this beautifully restored 14th-century hillside retreat in Portovenere. We loved every minute of our six-night stay. From the mind-blowing views and steep, invigorating hikes to romantic evenings sipping homemade, earthy concoctions thoughtfully left for us—it was pure magic. We were welcomed with fragrant bundles of fresh lemons, rosemary, sage, and thyme, a gesture that set the tone for the care and warmth we felt throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making our rest as memorable as our adventures. We especially loved our daily rocky hike down to the charming village, and one day we even rented a dinghy to explore the surrounding islands—an unforgettable way to soak in the coastal beauty. This place is beyond gorgeous—truly a slice of heaven.

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht. Das Zentrum ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in naher Entfernung zum Haus ist oft belegt. Es gibt aber eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben den Bus, der jede halbe Stunde fährt, häufig genutzt, zum Beispiel um nach Porto Venere zu gelangen. Andrea war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Klare Empfehlung!

we hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in sarzana hier!!! het is een fijne woning in de buurt van het station en leuke terrasjes en restaurants. bovendien was de communicatie met Federico top! we zouden zeker terugkomen:))
