Holiday rentals with breakfast in Province of Ogliastra

Marzia is a very welcoming host who knows how to put you at ease, like most Italians😊👌. She is extremely responsive when we ask questions. Marzia is full of ideas for activities when we ask her. She's the best!!! 👍🏼 The house is very nice, located 20 minutes from the beaches. It's possible to do your shopping on foot, enjoy the many bars and restaurants. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and functional… we had breakfast all week🤗!!! Go there with your eyes closed. 😉

We had a great stay with Debora and Ruggio in Elmas. We were especially grateful for the flexible check-in, as we arrived at night. The accommodation is easily accessible from the airport by train. The check-in went smoothly, everything was very clean, modern and lovingly furnished. We were particularly enthusiastic about the breakfast kitchen: Even if there is no cooking facility, it was excellently equipped. There was a wide selection of snacks, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, water and (lactose-free) milk. A capsule machine with coffee, tea, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment were also available – all clean and fully stocked. The bathroom, like the rest of the accommodation, was freshly renovated and tastefully decorated. The train station, restaurants and a supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away. Many thanks to Debora and Ruggio - we would come back anytime!

Super nice flat, just what we needed, would recommend!

The house is located around 5mins walk to the beach. The beach itself is very private with no lifeguards so at your own risk and not very shallow after few meters but still lots of children are swimming in it and quite safe with little to no waves. The house is an older style of house which reminds me of my grandparent’s house. It is clean and well maintained. Lots of space indoor and outdoor. Very clear instructions on how to get there and what to do and not to do. Nice kitchen with basic equipments so preferably buy some groceries and you will be self-sufficient in the house for days. The bed could be a little bit more comfortable though. But overall, a great experience to go off the grid!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Michela’s clean and comfortable apartment. The location—on a quiet side street close to a bus stop and a grocery store—worked well for us. We had to arrive in town several hours before the check-in time due to limited bus service on Sundays. Michela very kindly got the apartment ready and available for us to move into early. (Thanks so much, Michela!) She was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The breakfast items she set out for us were a special treat. We would stay here again and can heartily recommend Michela’s place.

Elide welcomed me with a big smile at an unlikely check-in time. From there, it was like feeling in the home of a distant relative, even if for a single night. Kindness, hospitality, and flexibility: to come back for sure.

I stayed at Giovanni Antonio’s Air BnB for about 10 days in January 2025. My stay was fantastic. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby! As for the host and his wife, they are lovely people, truly welcoming and on hand for any questions or issues. They provided a generous, well-stocked and replenished supply of breakfast foods. The location is great, with the main supermarket a two-minute walk and the town centre 3-4 minutes walk from the front door. The local pizzeria, La Torre, recommended to me by everyone I met in Ozieri, is excellent only a 5-minute walk. As a Catholic, I was also delighted to find active churches - the beautiful cathedral and the church of San Francesco - also 5-10 minutes walk from the house. I could go on, but suffice it to say it has been a great experience and I would recommend this lovely family's house to anyone.

My stay was amazing. I got sick and Bruna and Olivio took grest care of me. They were very empathetic and in the days before my illness, they gave me many information about archeological sites, beaches, hikes and other places to visit. Olivio is very knowledgeable on the field of archaeology and history of Sardegna. Bruna is an excellent cook and I had the best meals during my vacation. I highly recommend to have a meal or two with them. You will feel right at home 😌 The house itself is like it's shown in the pictures, a typical, cozy traditional house, even cool on hot summer days. You can come and go as you please, the garden is beautiful and the terrace is great always with a breeze. Really, you should stay with Bruna and Olivio. It's a treat :)

We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's place! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Francesca was always a helpful and very courteous host, she also offered us many useful tips that made our stay even more pleasant. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you need, including small amenities that made a difference. The presence of parking made getting around very convenient, and having the washing machine and detergents available was a real advantage. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that is comfortable, with great hospitality and is well equipped and at the same time near Cagliari!

beautiful accommodation next to supermarket 5 min away , cagliari 20 min away , new accommodation with beautiful amenities there was everything needed and private parking space. Very nice host who offered us local products.

Everything with Marta’s place and Tertenia was amazing. It was one of the best holidays with the kids. The house has a secured parking place. We’re planning the next year’s trip to Sardine and Tertenia. It was a total pleasure to staying in the Marta’s house. We definitely enjoyed and recommend to everyone. See you soon

Very nice apartment, complete with everything, very well maintained. Quiet area with all amenities, bus stop a few meters away and train that allows you to get to Cagliari in a few minutes. Roberta is always friendly and available. Really nice discovery!

Valentina's place is perfect for exploring Jerzu and surrounds. Valentina is a fantastic host and her home has everything you need for your stay. It's in a quiet part of town in lovely surrounds but is also an easy walk into town. Would highly recommend.

Fabrizio was extremely helpful and attentive with everything we needed. The apartment was just as the pictures, fully equipped for everything you would need on a beach trip. The location was great because it was pretty close to everything by car. We loved the private parking spot, that way you can relax and not be worried about getting your car towed away. Again! He’s a great host with great local recommendations. Worth your money.

Very central location, close to all attractions. Exceptionally helpful hosts. Good communicators. They helped us enormously.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Domu Prexada. It is such a lovely place! Géraldine is a perfect host. She gave us some tips for hikes, beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was served outside, on the terrace. Simple, but delicious. Everything was clean and well organised. Many thanks to Géraldine! I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

We stayed at Grazia's to be able to go to Mamoiada for Cortes Apertas, and it was definitely a great idea, both for the location and for the quality of the service offered (clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good and abundant breakfast)

The B and B is super well located within walking distance of the historic center, superb beaches 15 minutes' drive away, large bedroom and impeccable bathroom. A nice rooftop terrace. Attentive, considerate and interesting hosts. Everything for a nice stay in Orosei.

Fabrizio is a wonderfully warm, friendly, helpful host. We enjoyed chatting with him, and he gave us many excellent suggestions on places to visit and things to do in and around Nuoro. If you're interested in history, culture, and scenery, this is an outstanding "home base" from which to explore Sardinia's interior and northeast coast. The room is large, comfortable, and extremely quiet. The bed is comfortable, and so is the shower. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we hope to return someday.
