Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Ogliastra

Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

Our family of 5 had an incredible experience staying at Mario's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The property was exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made the stay very comfortable. The location was nice—and in a peaceful area. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and stocked with everything that was listed on the site. The kids specially appreciated the pool table to fill in down time when not out and about. Throughout my stay, Mario was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offered a book with helpful local tips. It was clear he put a lot of thought into making the experience seamless.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was sparkly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The backyard with the pool is very nice addition. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

We had a great stay at Giannina's Apartment. Marco was friendly and very quick with responses. Orchid apartment is right in the middle of the Bari Sardo. It's fully equiped, very clean and has more than enough space for four people. You can unload your luggage right next to it and leave your car just around the corner, on the free street parking lot. Thank you for having us!

We liked the stay in Santa Maria Navaresse very much - the place is very cozy and rather quiet. We were there as a family with 2 small children (4 and 1 year), here you have to consider that the apartment can only be reached via stairs and the way to the house about 100m is not paved which was a bit difficult to drive with a stroller (small wheels). Otherwise, everything is good - nice view from the terrace and a good location. Likewise, everything you need for the beach (loungers & umbrellas) was there, which was great :)

A beautiful spot. We spent 4 days exploring the area and it was a great home to come back to after long and adventurous days. Very comfortable and we loved the panoramic views. Ignazia was very hospitable. If we ever return to Sardinia, we would definitely stay again.

Marianna and Vittorio are very friendly and accommodating hosts. We were greeted on arrival with a fruit basket, wine and jams. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and in the courtyard there is a grill and even a pizza oven. The 3-zone air conditioning is also extremely pleasant. There are beautiful beaches and hiking opportunities in the area!! For my birthday, Marianna baked extra cookies for me!! We and our children felt at home. Thank you for the great time! We'll be back!

The house is beautiful and provides amenities for children, making it feel easy and at home. It's a big house situated in a peaceful neighborhood nearby the beach. Taty was amazing and very supportive all along! Very recommended and I'd definitely come back!

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

A beautiful holiday home with a great terrace and "TOP" amenities. Listing the individual amenities would be too much here, we can only say that it is above average, nothing was missing. We felt very comfortable. To the beach it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach. A good pizzeria and a beach restaurant can also be reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes. We would like to thank you again for the good care and information!

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

The house is perfect. It is equipped with everything you need. Everything is there, right up to the washing machine. We were four adults and it was just right with the two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a couch on which two people could possibly sleep. The pool is a saltwater pool that we were really excited about. The pool / terrace has a great location, always sunny, and you can comfortably enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine from here. There are plenty of loungers and seating available. I would like to express a very special thanks to the hosts Carlo and his wife Anna for the very nice contact and the welcome. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

I would not only give this accommodation 5, but preferably 10 stars - because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this accommodation.

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

We were guests at Anto&Gio for four days and can only recommend the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and received recommendations for excursion destinations, restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, the hosts were always available for us. Fresh fruit, water, wine, beer and ice cubes were available for us. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Even flowers from their own garden were used for decoration. The terrace with the panoramic view is super beautiful both during the day and at night. We had a car (private parking available) and bicycles with us and were able to explore the area. Thank you for everything!
