Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

We had a wonderful time at Francesca's place and she made us feel very welcome. We had everything we needed and were happy to come back here every time to rest after a long day of exploring the city. Would recommend!

The house is as described, new and in a quiet area with easy parking. It is not in the center of Parma, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car, but you are very close to the ring roads to move freely in the area. The house is new and equipped with everything. Nicola is super responsive and very helpful. Great experience

Great location short walk to the main restaurant areas and train station. The apartment is great also clean, secure and has everything you need. Would stay there again. Thanks really enjoyed the stay.
