Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Province of Perugia

It was a very pleasant stay. beautiful surroundings and super nice Host. Gertrude was helpful and very flexible in the arrival and departure times. And she provided a fantastic breakfast buffet. it was totally totally worth staying here

Wonderful weekend as a group of friends! There were 12 of us, 10 in double bedrooms and 2 in the sofa bed! Very nice and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, clean sheets and impeccable bathrooms! Also the very comfortable sofa bed with a "personal" bathroom adjacent to the living room where it is located! The villa is very nice, in the beautiful Valnerina (I recommend venturing to go to Norcia), with an upper area dedicated to the rooms and lower dedicated to dining/living rooms and the kitchen! Beautiful garden with pool (watch for the automatic sprinkler, start after midnight for about ten minutes), an outdoor shower and a few inflatables! The structure lends itself very well to large groups, in 12 never had the slightest problem with the kitchen, to put us at the table or for the use of bathrooms, in short, it is well equipped to accommodate large numbers! We recommend the restaurant just above the Villa and Braceria at the beginning of the country! Very responsive host to all requests! Recommended

We had a wonderfull week at Claudia's place. In the middle of nature was so peaceful. Clean apartment, huge pool, everything was as it described on the AirBnb.

Staying in this place was like feeling at home. We found perfect hosts, always available and very welcoming. Upon our arrival in the kitchen there was everything you need to have breakfast for 10 consecutive days, a really beautiful treatment. We were in the company of our kitten who loved going for the tours of the surrounding countryside. All surrounded by a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back soon. Another quality, the farm is located in a strategic position to visit other wonderful neighboring villages. It's a shame to leave.

This place is so beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The pool area with its views over the vineyards is amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts Elisa and Andrea are doing everything to make sure the guests are feeling welcome. They gave us plenty of recommendations, regularly checked in with us and were very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying with Elena and Daniele. The place is great, you have a lot of privacy but don't feel left alone. Both were very quick to reach, Elena showed us everything and gave tips for the area. We also used the kitchen and found it sufficiently equipped. A really enchanting place that has been prepared very hospitably by the family and invites you to feel good. You can relax there wonderfully or take advantage of the many opportunities to do something in the area. I'm sure we'll be back :)

Podere Coldifico is an oasis of peace. Although for a short stay of 3 nights, my family and I found everything we needed. The place is essential, but complete with all the comforts. Stefano for the little we asked him (we took advantage of the few days to the full, shooting as much as possible, with good peace of our children who instead aimed at at least one dip in the pool...) was always ready and available. If we get a chance, we would definitely like to come back and stay a few more days! I definitely recommend it!

Amazing view with great host! We arrived very late due to traffic but Mario was still waiting for us to guide the way and let us inside. After a night we realised the AC wasn't working and Mario came immediately to our help. He gave us the twin housing right next to it and we just quickly moved there. In the house Mario prepared a lot of local recommendations which are very helpful dur to the rural nature of the place. The view and the pool are definitely the highlights of the stay, just pure tranquility.
