Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Perugia

Bellissima casa con vista su Arezzo. Si arriva al centro storico in 5/10 minuti di macchina. Si è immersi nella natura e Cristian è stato davvero disponibile e gentile. Unica pecca, qualche cosa in cucina avrebbe fatto comodo, come caffè o zucchero e magari un shampoo in bagno. In ogni caso tornerei perché siamo stati molto bene.

Splendida posizione, casa ben tenuta, piscina con giardino e meravigliosa vista sulle colline toscane e umbre. Francesco è stato molto gentile e disponibile, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e contiamo di ripetere l’esperienza.

This holiday home was perfect for us. We had our own small terrace where we watched the sun set every evening over the Umbrian hillside and a lovely pool to cool off in during the day. There is a sofa bed in the living room for our daughter and the bathroom and kitchen are both well equipped and with everything we needed. There are lots of villages and towns to explore within an easy drive and it is only an hour or so away from Montepulciano and Assisi. Lake Trasimeno is particularly beautiful and the village of San Feliciano has been very well restored and cocktail bar on the water (only open evenings). Take your own pool towel and there is no oven or grill here but a hob and microwave if you want to cook for yourselves. But there is a great bbq outside.

Der CheckIn hat problemlos geklappt, obwohl wir erst spät angekommen sind. Die Kommunikation lief einfach, schnell und immer freundlich. Die Lage ist phantastisch und das Appartement sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Kurzum es hat uns super gefallen und wir kämen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Un lieu très beau, agréable et calme que nous recommandons et des hôtes très accueillants. Nous pouvions également profiter de la piscine près de la magnifique maison en briques rouges. Nous avons loué une voiture pour circuler facilement et découvrir tous les magnifiques villages aux alentours.

Roberta è una host molto disponibile. In sua assenza ci siamo rapportati con un’altra persona anch’essa molto alla mano. La casa è storica e a me personalmente è piaciuta. Nei dintorni ci sono buoni ristoranti e passeggiando si puo’ scoprire io centro storico.

Un excellent séjour dans un cadre superbe, familial et reposant. Exactement ce que nous cherchions. Une équipe réactive et qui a rapidement trouvé des solutions à certaines de nos demandes ou à certaines de nos problématiques. La seule remarque concerne le réfrigérateur. Petit, un peu vétuste, il n’a pas pu faire face à la canicule (38/39 deg.) durant les 2 semaines passées sur place. Pas mal de gâchis de nourriture à la clé. A part cela, nous sommes ravis et nous recommandons cette adresse.

We spent Easter here with our family and had a wonderful time! The house is very spacious - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an extra toilet, and plenty of common areas. Everything was very clean and well prepared for our stay. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We had a small issue with the hot water, but the house owner responded very quickly and solved everything within a few hours. I highly recommend this place - not only is it beautiful, but the support and communication with the host were excellent!

Local com uma vista maravilhosa de Assis e região, especialmente do Monte Subasio. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a solucionar nossas dúvidas. O imóvel muito organizado e equipado, de modo que atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades. recomendo.

STUPENDA. La casa, la posizione, l'accoglienza... tutto perfetto. Eravamo 12. Sono due appartamenti affiancati. Dentro ognuno c'è cura e attenzione. Super consigliati. PS: Mauro ci ha accolto e coccolato! Grazie!!!!

Lovely place to stay at. Big space, lots of cats and a playground that the kids really enjoyed, nice garden with a private pool and well equipped kitchen. The view over the lake was amazing. Close to supermarkets and sightseeing. Well visited restaurant with great food. You should account for living in the same house as a restaurant will mean some noises and smell from the cooking as well as people talking into midnight. The rooms don’t have air condition. However, the private feeling and fantastic location made us really enjoying the stay and would highly recommend it!

We are one big family (15 people- adults and children). We booked the villa for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The inside is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big dinning table enough for everybody to seat at. There is a big living room, TV room and a decorated library. The rooms are also spacious and each one has its own bathroom. One negative is that the villa doesn't have air condition. However, when we stayed the weather was chilly and there was no need for cooling/heating. The garden is massive. There is a big swimming pool with furniture to relax around it. Although the water was still very cold, the children did not skip the fun of swimming. There is outdoor cooking area near the pool with a big grill. We used it few times to barbiqu. There was also enough space for us to park 4 cars. The hostess and the owner were great. We received a quick response to any question or request. This villa is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben hier als Gruppe mit 15 Personen eine Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage und Aussicht sind toll. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt. Das toskanische Essen war hervorragend, auch für die vegetarischen Gäste wurde ein alternatives Menü gekocht. Die Unterkunft ist über einen relativ steilen Schotterweg gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub!
