The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

It is located in an ancient building of the 1400s a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for foreigners, near the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where there is the famous fresco of Raphael "Trinità e Santi". Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic street animated by typical bars and renowned restaurants.

The large and bright room with a private entrance is in the heart of the historic center of Perugia. I renovated it with care and refinement in 2018, to best accommodate those visiting the city. In the room, you will also find a nice table to enjoy our breakfasts, or maybe a plate of pasta: the retractable mini-kitchen is at your disposal. Two beds, independent heating and air conditioning.
