Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Pescara

I was brought to tears when i sat at the family table of Alessio with his family - these were tears of emotion + joy of how a family is holding together their traditional values, simple living, growing their food, cooking delicious meals + family life. A life where tending the home, garden, working hard but coming together is most important. If you are looking for a reciprocal authentic respectful experience in this area look no further. Alessio, Mary, Ivana + Gino are beautiful people who will accommodate you in their home with every respect.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Great, very cozy house. The very nice landlady lives right next door and is very helpful. The house is very close to the city center and the main train station. There are some shops and a pharmacy nearby. So everything is very good and quick to reach on foot. For us as a family with a child, this was the perfect accommodation and we would love to come back.

Well-kept, clean and fresh accommodation despite the summer season, a strong point is the outdoor veranda, we will probably return.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Giulia's mom welcomed us with great kindness. The environment is very pleasant with A beautiful garden and adequate furniture to rest there. If our route brings us back to this area we will gladly go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chiara's, in lovely Capestrano, for two weeks in Abruzzo. It looked just like her photos, with ample space on two floors to spread out. The kitchen had the amenities we needed to prepare tasty meals with incredibly fresh local produce and dairy items. The small refrigerator was helpful to store our perishable culinary treasures. And wine! Tucked at the top of a staircase off of the small road, it was very quiet and very close to the main piazza. Whenever we needed groceries, a pharmacia, delicious morning espresso with cornetto, or a nightcap with some of the regions incredible wines, we were only a 5 minute walk away. Chiara was always quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with suggestions of what to do and see in the area. So many beautiful, charming mountaintop villages to explore! We felt very safe staying here and leaving for the entire day, to marvel at this most extraordinary, naturally stunning area of Italy.

Staying at Adriana’s place was like staying at your favorite aunt’s home. Comfortable and clean. We stayed for 10 days and really appreciated the kitchen. She was so lovely. 🥰

Comfortable apartment equipped with everything, centrally located less than 100 meters from the sea, with a very convenient parking space practically right outside the house. Nothing to say, everything perfect, excellent value for money. I will definitely be back!

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Monia was a wonderful host. She was their on our arrival to welcome us and provide access. Monia then showed us around the apartment explaining where everything was. It had everything we needed, especially as we were travelling with children. I've never been to an apartment that catered to children more before. Monia provided everything from the cot and highchair to toys and baby shampoo. We only stayed for one night but would have been comfortable there longer.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and good at English. He was always happy to help—whether it was giving recommendations for must-see places, the best restaurants, or the most beautiful beaches. Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. Monica is one of the most helpful and friendly hosts you will ever find. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless and Monica has thought if everything a guest may need.

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.
