Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Pisa

Very nice apartment with a large balcony, which offers enough space with two children. That location by the sea is top. We had 10 super nice days.

Clean and specious appartment. It contains everything you need. Stefano, the host, is extremely friendly and punctual. Outside, the appartments have a spacious garden full with olive trees and a very nice swimming pool with a fantastic view. The only thing we noticed is that the water of the pool gives the impression that it is not cleaned very regularly. But we still enjoyed it a lot!

The tower apartment was magnificent, a great view of the sea and into the green hills. Was there at the end of May, and there was a lot of wind. Due to the height 600 meters above 0 anyway, and the tower is on a hill... The terrace is not protected from the wind and therefore not always usable in spring. I'm sure it's wonderful in hotter temperatures in summer...

The apartment is situated in a nice area close to the ocean walk. We enjoyed the stay very much.

We stay wonderful 10 nights here. It’s very convenient to travel to nearby cities from this place. We were lucky to get the only apartment with a terrace and a view in other case I think we will be not so satisfied.

What an amazing stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, the views are absolutely amazing and "wow" you as soon as you arrive! The garden is large and partially sloped and the freshwater swimming pool (not heated) is at the bottom. There are two undercover seating areas in the garden and enough sun loungers and seats to comfortably seat everyone. The house is on two levels and feels quirky at first, but you soon get used to it. Downstairs is more like a "granny flat" but has all you need (fridge freezer, bedroom, dining room, bathroom w/shower). Upstairs has two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two more bathrooms. A lovely dining room and kitchen (with all appliances/utensils) you need made the house absolutely perfect for six adults, two toddlers and an infant. There are no larger shops within 20 minutes drive, so stock up well when you do go shopping. Communication with host was extraordinary. So quick and helpful and really appreciated. Absolutely amazing holiday!

We stayed 3 nights at the house,we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we had everything you need to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars,pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went one day to Florence and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca... A beautiful weekend extended for Easter... The self-check in was very easy and the staff was available 24/7 ... Thank you

Beautiful experience, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in complete tranquility, surrounded by the wonderful surrounding nature

The house is set in a wonderful location surrounded by farmland with beautiful views over vineyards. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Over favourite part was sharing our meals at the outside table while enjoying the view over the vineyards. The pool is a good size with lots of space for sun loungers around it and also has shady spots. Within 30 minutes you can visit beautiful medieval towns. The supermarket is a 15 minutes drive. Perfect place for large groups.

We were 3 families staying at the villa , it was very spacious and gave us our own space , the garden was a great size for the children to run around in . Our host Mel was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with responding to queries and questions.

What a wonderful place! The view is amazing and it is very quiet. There are a number of apartments on the complex. The apartment is not the newest, but everything is clean and present. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here in July. The rustic apartment is good value for money, although amenities could be better (eg no bath mat, soap, toaster). But the peaceful location and well-maintained pool more than made up for this, and the hosts and on-site staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Charming villa surrounded by greenery and in a context of great tranquility and privacy. Just a few small bug problems at night, but it's unavoidable because of the location it's in and at the end of it is worth it. The house's cute cat is a great help and company. Clean, well-decorated and well-stocked interiors, particularly the kitchen, perfect for large groups. The villa is just a few minutes away by car from Riparbella, where it is easy to find the main amenities (but difficult to reach on foot) As for the distance from the sea, we thought it would have penalised us more, but in the end in a fifteen-minute drive you can reach very nice beaches. Same thing for any visits to cities such as Volterra, Siena, etc. that in an hour/an hour and a half can be reached quietly, passing through beautiful streets. Host available for everything, flexible check-in and the delivery of the keys to the agency very convenient. Highly recommended
