Farmstay holiday rentals in Province of Pisa

We had a great week at Fabio's. The place is exactly like the photos. Beautiful garden with herbs and views of the surroundings. The apartment has several different seating areas (by the grill, garden bench and sunset seating) and of all 3 apartments, it is the closest to the pool. The pool pleasantly surprised us with its size. Fabio is very friendly, helpful and speaks great English. It offers the possibility of buying your own excellent olive oil and red wine, we recommend. We worked from the apartment all week and the wi-fi was problem-free even for video calls.

As stated in previous reviews, ideally located in the heart of Tuscany to crisscross each day to a different place. Parking in front of the house, there is not always space, there is another parking 200 meters away. I came 8 days at the end of December. When I arrived, it was 8 degrees in the apartment. The apartment should have been at a good temperature for my arrival. So first very cool evening... A welcome document and information on the functioning of the house, the management of the garbage cans, the surrounding sites... would be appreciated. No contact with owner. Lockbox and no welcome or intermediate message during the stay. The apartment is large, functional and has lots of charm. Excellent bedding. Quiet and very nice view of the Appennins.

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

Giacomo’s place is a beautiful property in a rural area. The grounds and the views are remarkable and it is close to town (5 min drive). The apartment was neat and tidy and it had everything that we needed. There was also a dedicated parking space. Our favourite part was meeting their dog, Duke. He was so friendly and just wanted to play. It’s about an hour’s drive to Florence and a little bit less to get to Pisa. Overall, we would recommend this place for anyone who wants a relaxing area away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The magnificent view can be enjoyed both as a couple and with friends. It is very quiet and everything has been thought of: outside there are very comfortable seating options, a grill and pool. The garden smells of jasmine everywhere. There is nothing missing inside either. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. After a 20-minute drive, you will reach San Gimignano. Simply a dream and always worth a trip 😍

We had a very relaxing week at Franco’s property. The place was well appointed including the full kitchen and we really enjoyed sitting outside with a glass of wine looking over the beautiful countryside. A perfect retreat. Highly recommended

This place was amazing. They greeted us when we arrived and helped us into the apartment. They had fresh eggs from their chickens, a bottle of wine and Lemonchello and bottles of water. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool , hammocks and every kind of game imaginable. There were bikes available too. The area had restaurants and grocery stores near by. We loved every minute and would love to go back. You just can’t go wrong. They gave me a lovely gift when we left. Grazie!!

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

What a beautiful place! Paola was very helpful and always quick to respond with anything we needed or had questions about. The owners of the Airbnb were very gracious, welcoming, and helpful! The Airbnb was exactly as represented in the pictures and description. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find the Airbnb with the address provided. We had to have them drop a pin which ended up being different than the original address, but we were able to get right to it following the dropped pin. Paola was wonderful to work with and her quick responses made it that much easier! We would definitely book with her again.

Fantastic villa, the interior was furnished beautifully and was much larger downstairs than anticipated. The outside was also large with a number of different areas, all with shade available. The pool was a highlight, naturally, and our 3 children loved it! Francesca was always responsive and available for any support/recommendations. Be aware that the villa is in the Tuscan countryside so there will be many insects flying around - nothing that can be done, but good to be prepared and does mean that all windows and doors need to be shut, which leads me to my only issue - air conditioning! We went in August and obviously very hot, the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and is charged separately from the cost of the villa - at €0.90 per kWh which felt excessive, especially as we only used at night but resulted in an extra cost of €137 for a week!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

We spent a week with Lina with our three daughters (11, 14 and 14) and were totally thrilled. The apartment is in great shape and was super clean. Everything is available in terms of amenities. Lina's in-laws still live in the house, who take care of everything and are really totally accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pool is for sole use and has saved us through the hot days. On the terrace, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning coolness and let the evening come to an end as soon as it gets a little cooler. We can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

Thanks to Andrea for her thoughtful messages, Bina and the whole family for their warm and friendly hosting. The house is very nicely decorated, with great taste and treasures everywhere. Bina had made us some sweet treats and invited us on the 1st night! Thank you so much! 😍 The cooking class is alive, cheerful, colorful! I recommend it. Bina is the joie de vivre incarnated! The house is in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Absolute calm. The place is ideal to crisscross the Tuscan countryside by car (in the middle of the Tuscan triangle) or to unwind. I would recommend it 100%.

We stayed ar Romina's and Riccardo with a couple of friends. We enjoyed our lovely apartment and beautiful peaceful property surrounded by olive trees and herbs. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful, especially since airline lost one of our friends' luggage. Romina helped us communicate with DHL and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Riccardo gladly explained the kind of plants they were growing and harvesting for essential oils. We enjoyed the company of Luna the cat who came visit but was politely staying outside. Wildlife is abundant and nature unspoiled - truly a magical place! The area is quite remote so it may not be convenient to everyone. The closest little town is Casole d'Elsa where you can find 2-3 restaurants and a pharmacy, larger supermarkets are within 20min drive. It's a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra. The apartment is well equipped with small stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen pool, no longer needs a child for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the place Montescudiao not far from the property. Italy at is! A small Italian idyll with butcher, bakery, coffee house, trafik and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! Only there was no contact with the house owner as everything was handled professionally by a housekeeping company. But was not bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

Wow, what can we say? From the moment we booked this delightful spot in Tuscany our holiday could not have gone any better. Valentina was always available to answer questions and make suggestions before we arrived as well as help us whilst we were there. Her parents were also very friendly and available to answer any questions. The accommodation was perfect, well equipped and the property maintained its Tuscan culture. The pool and surrounding garden were perfect. Ideal for either staying put and relaxing or visiting delightful Tuscan hill top cities. We cannot recommend this Airbnb highly enough. We intend to return. Thank you Valentina, for a wonderful holiday.

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !
