Our stay in Pisa was great! Parking was super convenient—you could pull right in, which made things easy. The host was there to greet us and communication was clear from the start. The location is unbeatable—just a two-minute walk from the Leaning Tower, and you can even see it from the balcony. The place had a charming rustic vibe, which is exactly what we were looking for, and to our surprise, it was spread over two floors. It’s actually bigger than it looks in the photos! Everything went smoothly, check-in was great, and we had no complaints at all. If you’re into that rustic feel, I’d definitely recommend it.

Die Wohnung ist viel größer als erwartet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, fussläufig (20 Minuten) sind viele tolle Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir konnten früher in die Wohnung, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Lest euch die Parkplatz Bedingungen vorher gut durch, Parkplätze sind nicht den ganzen Tag kostenlos.

Daniela and Camilo were very helpful and very responsive prior to arrival, during my stay and until I left. The apartment was of good size and all a couple would need with a good size. The apartment was easy to reach from the station with a less than 10 minute walk with accessible shops and sites. It was also very clean and tidy and excellent value for money. Daniela and Camilo were very helpful advising on towns, cities and attractions to visit whilst there and would 100% recommend staying there. 10 out of 10 👌

Incredible stay. The host and his entire family were so lovely and made the entire experience so peaceful. The location is quite tucked away which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery while the host still drove us to and from the train station whenever we needed making it so easy to get around when we wanted to. Would definitely recommend.

Elisabetta y su esposo fueron muy amables. Me recibieron más tarde de lo estipulado porque mi vuelo-train llegó tarde. Eli me espero con un queque que estaba maravilloso y agradeci mucho por la hora y día que llegué. La comunicación fue muy buena a pesar de la diferencia idiomática. Por último también recomiendo ir a il gelatto de giada , uno de los mejores helados de pistacho que he comido que queda muy cerca

The hosts were amazing and really friendly. They let us check in early and gave us lots of information and directions The beds were very comfortable and the aircon was a god send ! I would recommend this apartment as it is very close to the tower and endless restaurants and bars.

Great place to stop while driving around in Tuscany. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the surroundings peaceful. The town features an intriguing historical macelleria that does specialty prosciutto tastings - we will be back!

El apartamento y Filippo fueron maravillosos!!! con vistas muy lindas a viñedos que te hacen sentir verdaderamente en la Toscana! Filippo ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido, sin duda te sentiras como en casa con su buen trato y calidez y con todo lo que ofrece su apartamento, la cocina muy bien equipada, la cama muy comoda perfecta para descansar despues de un intenso dia de aventuras toscanas! Sin duda volveriamos!

la casa di Francesca è una piccola perla, pulitissima e ordinata , arredata con molto gusto e fornita di tutto il necessario per rendere il soggiorno accogliente e confortevole, buonissimi anche i dolcini per la colazione ,gentilmente offerti. Fiore all' occhiello, lo spazio esterno con pergola. Posizione comoda per visitare Volterra. Lo consiglio assolutamente

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

We had an great stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around. We especially appreciated the very clear instructions provided, and the apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. A truly comfortable experience!

Es war sehr schön und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage zum Meer ist ganz toll, aber auch der kleine Hof bietet Entspannung. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Parken war auch kein Problem .. entweder vor der Haustür für 6 Euro der Tag oder um die Ecke unterm Baum kostenlos. Einkaufen, Essen und Gelato .. alle in kurzer Entfernung. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gern wieder.

Laura was so responsive to all my questions. She met me at the Airbnb to show me which keys were for specific locks. She gave me an in depth tour of everything her place had to offer. She gave me suggestions for food and taxis. I highly recommend this stay and please treat it like your own home and respect her space since it's an awesome stay.

What a great place to stay - having an apartment right in the middle of town makes everything so easy. Everywhere you want to go is just a short walk and quite easy to find. Ten minutes from the Leaning Tower and the Duomo complex, but also only 5 minutes from the Botanic Garden where, in the middle of the day, you can find s green space and some cool tranquil space. A particular highlight was the Palazzo Blu where we went to a fabulous photography exhibition and then, one evening, a free opera performance. Looking at their programme there are frequently wonderful opportunities.

Ideales kleines Sommerhaus mit traumhaften Pool, der zum Schwimmen einlädt. Wir hatten das ganze Grundstück alleine für uns. Entspannung pur. Für unseren Hund gab es genug zu entdecken und direkt nebenan ein Wanderweg bis zur Bergspitze. Man kann von hier die Toskana in all ihren Farben erleben und wer gern im Meer baden möchte, der Weg ist nicht weit. So wie viele andere Highlights. Unsere Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und um unser Wohlbefinden bemüht, danke dafür. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. Cet endroit est juste magique. Nous y avons passé 9 jours de rêve au calme. Bianca et ses parents nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait visiter le lieu de résidence jouxté à leur belle maison, entourée de nature et en pleine campagne (une voiture est indispensable pour y accéder). La vue est magnifique, et le panorama vu de la piscine est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le petit chemin pour accéder à la maison est un point de vue parfait pour les photos de coucher de soleil. Le lieu de résidence est tout simple mais soigné, et nous avons eu toute l'intimité voulue. Bianca et ses parents sont restés très discrets. Seul le chat venait parfois nous saluer sans nous importuner pour autant. Bianca nous a même aidés à effectuer une réservation dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants tout proches. Nous conseillerons ce lieu de résidence à nos amis qui veulent visiter la Toscane (Florence et Lucca tout proches).

Vi hade ett par fantastiska dagar uppe i bergen på Cima alla Serra. Vi satt varje kväll på terrassen och njöt av utsikten och lugnet, och på dagarna kunde man ta det lugnt vid poolen som var fantastisk. Giovanna och personalen på plats var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi är så glada över vår vistelse. Trots att det ligger relativt nära Pisa bör man ha bil vilket vi blev rekommenderade. Vi hoppas få möjligheten att komma tillbaka igen! Tack för ett par trevliga dagar :)

The place was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was warm and cosy. Alessandro and Elena took great care of their guest and always made sure that everything was okay and offered they help if needed. The restaurant was nice with an Italien feel to it, and simply by asking and mentioning you could even get gluten free portions. The place is calm and you can enjoy your evenings with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. All and all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place to those who want an authentic, peacefull and enjoyable place to stay for their trip to Tuscany.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Wir haben eine Woche bei Andrea verbracht. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig, sehr ländlich gelegen - genau das richtige für uns und unsere Hunde. Das Apartment hält das, was die Fotos versprechen. Super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und mit tollem Ausblick aus jedem Fenster. Andrea und sein Sohn Lorenzo sind sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Der Check in und Out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Unterkunft 👌🏻
