Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

After being scammed by a con artist who advertised a villa that was derelict we found ourselves with nowhere to go to celebrate my mother in laws 60th birthday. We had a Grandmother over 80 and two children under 3, nine people in total and absolutely no idea where to stay. After a desperate search on air bnb, we found this beautiful villa. Having auto-booked it, we crossed our fingers and hoped we wouldn’t be disappointed when we arrived the next day. I can safely say, we were not. The house is absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and so stylish. It manages to be spacious and airy while retaining a coziness and Tuscan charm that we were originally looking for. Our host, was charming and accommodating. He gave us the privacy to enjoy his home while still being on hand for anything we might need. The bedrooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable with crisp linens and fans in each for those hot Italian nights. The swimming pool is enormous, perfect temperature and CLEAN thanks to both the man who came to clean it for us and the little robot that chugs around the bottom when we weren’t using it. The kitchen facilities are top notch and our gorgeous host left us a basket with ingredients to make fresh Italian pasta with basil for our first day. He also popped down with a bottle of champagne for the birthday celebration. So kind and thoughtful. The house is in a wonderful village with an exquisite little restaurant nearby that serves some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Situated under an hour from Pisa, Florence and Lucca it’s ideal for day trips. We had an absolutely unforgettable time and if you come to Tuscany I can not recommend this property enough. Miriam’s place is picture perfect - we felt like we were in a movie. The house has everything you could need and is very clean. There is another rental property attached to the house so there are other people close by but there are separate entrances to each place. The pool is a nice addition. The views are spectacular and Miriam was an extremely helpful host. Highly recommend this property if you want the perfect Tuscan experience.

Wir waren heuer zum zweiten mal bei Maria und Massimo und kommen sicher nächstes Jahr wieder. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ruhe ,die wunderschöne Natur und Landschaft herrlich! Massimo ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Danke und auf baldiges Wiedersehen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. Dépaysement garantie, avec un coucher de soleil magnifique et une région aux paysages sublimes... Merci à Francesca et Lorenzo pour leurs bons conseils. Si vous aimez l'authenticité et la tranquillité, alors n'hésitez pas...

Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals bei Sandro und seiner zauberhaften Frau für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in ihrem Haus! Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr freundlich und waren flexibel, trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Man hat uns persönlich begrüßt und persönlich verabschiedet. Die beiden sind großartige Vermieter! Ich habe 3 große Hunde (2 Weimaraner, 1 Herdenschutzhund) und es war absolut kein Problem, diese mitzubringen. Natürlich sind meine Hunde auch brav :) aber des Öfteren musste ich in der Vergangenheit die Erfahrung machen, das andere Vermieter nur 1 Hund oder kleine Hunde akzeptieren- hier war das absolut kein Problem und auch kein Vorurteil, wie es mir oft passiert! Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!!! Das Haus ist sehr sauber & toll eingerichtet. Großes Dankeschön :) wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren für knapp drei Wochen mit unserer 10 Monate alten Tochter in der Wohnung von Franco und Gracia und hatten eine großartige Zeit dort. Das Haus liegt günstig für Ausflüge im Norden der toscana, gleichzeitig aber ruhig und friedlich an einem Berg in der Natur; man hat einen tollen Blick und einen tollen Garten! Die Wohnung selber ist genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben; gemütlich, mit ausreichendem Platz und einer wirklich gut ausgestatteten Küche. Mit dem eigenen Garten hat man viel privaten Raum. Franco und seine Frau waren herausragende Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auch die Anweisungen, um die Wohnung zu erreichen, waren klar und verständlich. Einziger kleiner Nachteil an der tollen Lage am Berg ist, dass man schlecht zu Fuß (gerade mit Kinderwagen) von dort wegkommt, sondern immer mit dem Auto fahren muss. Insgesamt sind wir absolut zufrieden und können diesen Geheimtipp voll und ganz empfehlen; wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub

The accommodation was perfect - we had a calm, quiet apartment to rest and hang out by the pool or on the terrace. From there we made trips to different beaches and cities, which was convenient. Alessandra was so kind to us, gave us recommendations and helped with local tips

Cozy apartment with tons of character, and nice outdoor garden. Located 45 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Pisa. There are restaurants and stores all within a 5 minute drive. Be aware that most of the restaurants do not open until after 630. Super responsive and polite host, we lost the keys on our city tour and she brought us the spare set.

Mon séjour chez Barbara était merveilleux. La vue depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle. L'environnement est charment et très calme. La maison de Barbara a beaucoup de charme. Le lever du soleil depuis le balcon est un must. Barbara et Marco ont été très accueillant et serviable. Je recommande pour un séjour ressourçant.

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . My dog and I spent 5 lovely days in this amazing apartment with the most beautiful view imaginable. Fabrizio and Pandy greeted me upon arrival and they made me feel right at home and were very friendly and welcoming. The pizzaria Hengi next door makes the best pizzas I have ever tried and the whole vibe of Lajatico is super charming.I highly recommend this place - thank you Fabrizio and Pandy.

Overall, a great stay. The photos are a great representation of the unit and it’s even better in person. It’s an adorable area with lots to do within walking distance, especially if you enjoy being out of the big city. Nothing beats the views that are only a few mins walking distance away. I would happily recommend to anyone.

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Woche. Wir haben es unglaublich genossen und könnten uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Silvia und Hendrik waren äußerst zuvorkommend, sehr hilfsbereit u.a. Beim waschen der Wäsche oder beim organisieren eines Taxis, immer erreichbar und unglaublich herzlich. Wir haben neben dem tollen Pool und der wahnsinnigen Aussicht auch das familiäre Ambiente, inklusive der Tiere sehr genossen. Für alle mit Kindern ein Muss.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. It was exactly what we were looking for. A charming place equipped like a home with everything you need - even an EV charger. The house keeper was very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. We would be happy to come back another time.

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

Die herrliche Aussicht kann man sowohl als Paar, als auch mit Freund*innen wunderbar genießen. Es ist sehr ruhig und an allem gedacht worden: draußen gibt es sehr bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen Grill und Pool. Im Garten duftet es überall nach Jasmin. Auch innen fehlt an nichts. Das Haus ist perfekt und befindet sich am perfekten Ort. Nach 20 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man San Gimignano. Einfach ein Traum und immer wieder eine Reise wert 😍

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Juri war sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war groß und bestens ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus und im kleineren Haus am Pool gab es jeweils eine Küche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sehr schön mit allen zusammen essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man knappe 10min, nach Lucca ins Stadtzentrum 15min und ca. 30min nach Pisa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Vor Ort ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine direkten Nachbarn.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier und wir sind wieder begeistert. Wir lieben das Haus und die Umgebung ist für uns perfekt. Gerne wieder :-)
