Ampio giardino, ingresso in soggiorno con angolo cottura attrezzato con vettovaglie e divano letto. Al primo piano camera matrimoniale con ampia finestra, ripostiglio e bagno con doccia. Optional: TV, macchina da caffè con cialde di vari gusti, forno scalda vivande. L'alloggio è situato al centro del paese, vicino ai principali servizi. Dista 10 minuti in auto da Pisa e Lucca, un'ora da Firenze e, circa 25 minuti dal mare. Non sono ammessi animali in quanto ce ne sono due già esistenti.

We offer a beautiful Tuscan guest house – the house dates back more than 150 years – but of course it is completely refurbished. The Guest house can be rented throughout the entire year. It offers 10-14 places to sleep, four bathrooms, two kitchens, two large living rooms with two open fire places etc. All rooms have air conditioning and heating! The large infinity pool offers a great sea view. Pizza oven and large barbecue is located in the garden. Parking is available for five cars.

From the airport , take the PISA MOVER ( a special train ) for the train station. Here take LAM ROSSA bus (to leaning tower). bus stop is Fermi 2 (via Roma corner) AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN, THE TOURIST TAX WILL BE REQUESTED IN CASH. THE TAX IS 2.50 EUROS PER PERSON, PER NIGHT. INCLUDING CHILDREN. FOR A MAXIMUM OF FIVE NIGHTS.
