Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Pisa

Monica et Marco sont des hôtes charmants. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec un joli jardin, proche du centre ville, excellent point de chute pour visiter Florence, Pise, Sienne etc. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location de vacances qui est une perle et où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci Monica et Marco.

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Ho soggiornato con altre 3 amiche nell’appartamento di Susanna. Tutto nuovo e pulito. Spazi ampi e arredati con gusto. Posizionato nel quartiere Venezia, tranquillo, ma pieno di posticini per mangiare e bere. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

WE had a delightful stay in the most beautiful surroundings. This place was on amazing grounds and it was just perfect for us as we love the country side. We were welcomed by the owners father Sandro and he was quite friendly and engaging …explaining everything we needed to know. Although we did not have an opportunity to meet Marie and Lorenzo, Marie was quite helpful before our trip and quickly answered all my MANY questions. The apartment was well appointed and so cute. A lovely welcome basket was there upon our arrival. Everything was really perfect in this quaint community that is very close to Lucca and Pisa if you want to take a side trip. We enjoyed it immensely/

We hebben enorm genoten! Het was een prachtige locatie en de ligging is erg centraal om naar de grote bekende steden te gaan. Het uitzicht was adembenemend! Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten. Het huisje is wat autentieker, maar dat geeft ook weer karakter.

Staying at Lorenza’s Airbnb was truly a highlight of our trip to Italy! The home has that perfect rustic Italian charm — so authentic and cozy. The location is fantastic, with everything you need close by, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning — the kind you dream about when imagining an Italian getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every little detail made us feel right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape with a true Italian vibe. Grazie, Lorenza!

Un de nos meilleurs séjours assurément !!!! Mattéo est un hôte très aidant et prévenant. La maison est juste un petit bijou au sommet de cette colline...une vue sur un paysage Toscan très inspirant du côté de la piscine (qui est une très jolie piscine)...bien que partagée nous avons été toujours seuls à en profiter !! La terrasse où l'on prenait nos repas est très agréable avec ces fortes chaleurs. La situation de la maison permet de rayonner dans la Toscane...Lucca, Sienna, Volterra, San Gimignano....et nous avons pu pousser jusqu'au Jardin des Tarots de Niki de Saint Phalle. Nous recommandons fortement un séjour chez Mattéo...et pensons y retourner une autre fois.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ein absoluter Traum in der Toskana! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Pieve di Compito war einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht – von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und einem herrlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch ideal, um Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder an die Küste zu machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Natur: Morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel, abends ein Glas Wein mit Blick auf die Hügel – pure Entspannung! Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – dieses Haus ist ein kleines Paradies!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Alloggiare in questo appartamento è stato meraviglioso. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato due notti immersi nella campagna toscana in un piccolo appartamento accogliente, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il giardino è bellissimo, ricco di alberi da frutto e gatti dolcissimi che arricchiscono il soggiorno. Torneremo presto a trovare Sheila nella sua carinissima casa in campagna.

I visited Adriana with some girlfriends and we had a truely lovely week. Adriana was happy to help if needed but also gave us enough space. I would definitely come back and recommend this place for a group of friends or even family’s because it’s quite a quiet area. You would definitely need a car to go shopping or for trips to see some sites in Tuscany. It was really clean and Adriana gave us enough towels and even beach towels! We felt very at home and welcomed!

Ontvangst door de host was bijzonder gastvrij en warm. Het huis was bij aankomst goed schoongemaakt. De ligging van het huis is mooi, met uitzicht over de Toscaanse heuvels. Er is een grote tuin met een olijfgaard. Voor onze twee hondjes was het een fijne plek. Onze dochter heeft ook enorm genoten. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om Toscaanse steden te bezoeken. Voor ons is het een plek om terug te komen.

Zuerst einmal ein großes Kompliment an Sandro. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Viel besser als es die Bilder je sagen könnten. Diese Liebe zum Detail ist einzigartig. Wir waren 5 Wochen in ganz Italien incl. Sizilien unterwegs. Aber diese Unterkunft war mit eine der schönsten. Auch für unsere Hunde ein Traum. Alles eingezäunt und rundherum wirkliche Ruhe. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle größeren Städte sind gut zu erreichen. Supermarkt und Restaurants ausreichend in der Nähe. Kinder hatten wir nicht dabei aber für die Kleinen ist bei Sandro ausreichend gesorgt mit Spielen, Spielküche, Kuscheltiere und vieles mehr. Dieses Haus kann ich nur empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder einmal diese Gegend besuchen wäre Sandro meine erste Adresse.. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Andrea war super nett und herzlich – man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir Ava, die Hündin von Andrea. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Ich war mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern für 4 Nächte in Vittorios Wohnung. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum, ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll, gleichzeitig dezent eingerichtet und besonders sauber. Es ist von der Waschmaschine bis zum Fön alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbstständig in einer Wohnung aufzuhalten. Auch ist sie geräumig, so dass man gut einen längeren Aufenthalt planen kann. Sehr schön ist auch der weitläufige Garten mit seinen vielen Nischen zum Sitzen und Genießen, der über die Küchentür zu erreichen ist. Vittorio war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei allen Arten von Fragen und antwortete immer zügig. Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenklos jedem weiter empfehlen!

I feel at home staying at Martino & Nicola’s place! it was a last minute booking but turns out to be comfiest space! It’s super clean, modern, quiet & peaceful as someone who likes staying in like me it’s perfect, have every kitchen tools you can think of and have joy cooking during my stay! Nicola was handing over the key during check in very clear instructions to the private car park. If you ever find yourself in Pontedera or surrounding I highly recommend staying there! would definitely come back if I found myself there!

Il posto è veramente suggestivo, casa rurale ma ben ristrutturata e rifinita negli interni in mezzo a un infinito uliveto di proprietà, è possibile incontrare anche diverse specie animali nel luogo, vista bellissima dalla collina. Abbiamo incontrato un'upupa africana neanche troppo schiva, non ricordo di aver mai visto così tante lucciole nella notte, magnifico. Il proprietario Francesco fa dell'olio biologico eccezionale, da provare. Lui e la moglie sono persone squisite e ospitali. Ci hanno dato anche un po' di consigli per spostarci e per il cibo. A presto Francesco!

Cet endroit est juste magique. Nous y avons passé 9 jours de rêve au calme. Bianca et ses parents nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait visiter le lieu de résidence jouxté à leur belle maison, entourée de nature et en pleine campagne (une voiture est indispensable pour y accéder). La vue est magnifique, et le panorama vu de la piscine est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le petit chemin pour accéder à la maison est un point de vue parfait pour les photos de coucher de soleil. Le lieu de résidence est tout simple mais soigné, et nous avons eu toute l'intimité voulue. Bianca et ses parents sont restés très discrets. Seul le chat venait parfois nous saluer sans nous importuner pour autant. Bianca nous a même aidés à effectuer une réservation dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants tout proches. Nous conseillerons ce lieu de résidence à nos amis qui veulent visiter la Toscane (Florence et Lucca tout proches).

Paolo en Martina geven je gelijk een enorm warm welkom gevoel. Martina had een overheerlijke taart gebakken en we kwamen in een brandschoon appartement waarin aan alles was gedacht. Dat ook nog met eens met een prachtig uitzicht op Pisa in de verte. Paolo stond gelijk klaar met adviezen en tips over de omgeving en mogelijkheden. We prachtig Toscane mogen ontdekken, niet alleen de grote steden of de zee maar ook de kleine schoonheden in de omgeving. We mochten tevens gebruik maken van de heerlijke tuin met barbecue. Paolo en Martine zijn de ultieme, zorgzame gastheer en gastvrouw die je als gast het gevoel geven deel uit te maken van hun familie. Een heel bijzondere ervaring voor ons gezin waardoor we nog een hele lange tijd warme herinneringen aan hun en hun prachtige huis tussen de bergen en beekjes van Calci zullen koesteren. Dit is absoluut een fantastische plek om nog eens naar terug te keren. Een absolute aanrader!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend
