Il faut également souligner la présence sur place de Donatella, une personne exceptionnelle. Nous ne pouvons que vous encourager à découvrir ce lieu unique

Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk verblijf, de rust komt je tegemoet. De host en zijn vrouw zijn super vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen!

We expected this villa and views to be amazingly but it was above our expectations would definately recommed it, Jeroen emailed clear directions andchecking in info but he also videoed the sign and road to look out for and videoed the road down to the villa as it wasn't signposted. The villa has 360° panaramic views, and is not overlooked at all, with a fab infinity pool. Very clean and modern, had everything u needed. It was a pleasent change to have plenty of everything in the kitchen,crockery and glasses all matching and stacked high. Washing machine and dishwasher were added bonuses along with the little shop just up the road. 5 star all the way.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Insbesondere der Außenbereich war traumhaft! Danke und gerne wieder!

Selten so eine nette Gastgeberin gehabt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein von Domenica selbstzubereitete Toskanische Spezialität In der 2 Woche eine selbstgemachte Pizza und zum Abschied selbstgemachte Marmelade 👍 Ich kann das alles nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen Und was besonders zu erwähnen ist : Die RUHE

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig zur Altstadt von Pistoia. Auch wenn sie an einer befahrenen Straße liegt, ist es nicht sehr laut. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, war tipp topp sauber und die Küche ist aussergewöhnlich gut bestückt. Man kann also wirklich selbst kochen. Obwohl... es gibt eben auch viele gute Restaurants :-) Florencia hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen, uns Tipps bzgl. Einkauf uns Restaurants gegeben. Bei einer späteren Angelegenheit, hat sie super schnell und sehr zuvorkommend reagiert. Danke dafür. Ein Plus ist auch, dass ein Autostellplatz vorhanden ist, so muss man sich nicht mit Parkplatzsuche abmühen. Aus unserer Sicht absolut empfehlenswert.

We stayed here with our dog for a whole week and I can say that we felt like home. The house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very nice front yard which we could enjoy during the sunny days. The surrounding is beautiful. Eva was very kind and recommended places for pizza and gelato. We really appreciated her attention. I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure in the future.

Wir waren als Gruppe dort und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Einzellage ist sehr idyllisch mit sagenhaftem Ausblick ins Tal und über die Olivenbäume. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet( Küche alles was man sich vorstellen kann, zusätzlicher Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine +Trockner…) man hat gemerkt, dass das Haus auch privat genutzt wird und deshalb auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert war. Der Stil sehr gemütlich. Betten sehr bequem, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Vom Pizzaofen waren wir sehr begeistert, ebenso vom Pool. Wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit am Haus aufgrund der Hitze und der doch sehr steilen Auffahrt (geschotterter Weg, teils ausgespült, zwei scharfe Spitzkehren). Ein Auto für Unternehmungen und Einkäufe ist ein Muss.

Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Villa von Luca! Sie ist nicht einfach zu finden, aber Luca war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt. Wir hatten kein Frühstück, aber es wurde uns immer frischer Kaffee angeboten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Bar, aus der man sich ein gutes Glas gönnen darf. Der Pool ist sauber, alles ist super gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet..mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Restaurants im kleinen Zentrum sind ein kulinarischer Traum! Alles in allem, ein toller Aufenthalt! Danke!

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’aperitivo, dalla cena servita in casa (dal ristorante!) alla colazione panoramica, l’utilizzo della piscina… semplicemente PERFETTO!

Lorenzo and his family are the best airbnb hosts I ever had. They are very proactive and thoughtful. just after few days of stays we feel we are part of his family. we will definitely visit again. The paranomic view of Tuscany hills are breathtaking. We went to montrcatini Alto for a sunset walk. that is also a must.

The biggest recommendation!!! We loved this place. The house is filled with various cozy areas, so there is plenty of shade, as we were travelling with small babies. We loved the outdoor seating area, and the pool area is more beautiful than the images shows. Only thing we would mention, is that there is a 10-15min drive uphill a very narrow road before you reach the house. It was not a problem for us, as we wanted to stay as much time as possible at the house. Other than that, Francesca was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back another time!

Boendet överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi tillbringade en härlig vecka där med vår familj. Ett fantastiskt hus, magisk plats och mycket att se och göra i närområdet! Värdparet var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma - en eloge till dem! Huset och köket var välutrustat och vi saknade absolut ingenting - men nu när vi lämnar saknar vi huset och ser fram emot att komma tillbaka! Ciao - vi ses!

Ankommen und sofort zuhause fühlen! Die Bilder können nur ansatzweise die Realität wiedergeben. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, gute Betten, toller Pool (leider waren wir zum Baden zu früh dran) und ein atemberaubender Ausblick. Absolute Ruhe und trotzdem gut gelegen. Excellent séjour, nous avons passé une très bonne nuit ! L’endroit est spacieux et très bien agencé. La vue depuis le logement est incroyable. Une vraie carte postale de la Toscane !

Carlotta and Matteo’s house was a really lovely place to stay. It was within walking distance of the main town of Pistoia but still peaceful. Matteo‘s mother was on site for check in and had very thoughtfully given us some treats and food items to get started, which we were very grateful for. Fans were available for us to use in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. We made use of the barbecue a couple of times and found a couple of supermarkets within easy reach of the house. There are lots of leaflets available in the house for local attractions. Pistoia is a lovely town with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a market each Wednesday and Saturday which is spread across much of the central part of town. The station is 30 minutes walk from the house and has a very good service to reach places like Florence (and compared with uk train prices, very reasonable!). Thank you for a lovely stay!

This was a fabulous place, very cozy, lovely bath soaps, coffee, and very safe inside. The hosts were veryy responsive, checked in with me, and gave great recommendations. It is located very near the piazza and activities. I walked everywhere. The only thing I want to mention is that there is an ethnic grocery store outside next to the building and for some reason many men hang around there outside most of the day and into the evening. I am an independent female and chose to go into the store so, overall, it did not bother me and I did not feel unsafe. The men talked loud and played music outside so customers need to know to allow for that, but they were not bothersome. I played music softly from my phone or earbuds. I loved the mechanical shades that lower to allow for sleeping in. The air conditioner worked very well….thankful for it! The recommended restaurant just a few doors down with garden seating was divine. I would stay here again! I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Gabriella's place in Italy. From the start, Gabriella was incredibly responsive, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after our stay. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's best restaurants and attractions. Gabriella went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even arranged for a house cleaner during our stay and made it easy for them to access the apartment. Upon our arrival, she met us for coffee, gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, and ensured we could find everything we needed. When the air conditioner malfunctioned, she swiftly had technicians replace it, demonstrating her commitment to our comfort. The apartment itself was perfect, truly feeling like a home away from home. It was well-equipped with all necessary kitchenware, more towels than we could use, and ample storage space. Gabriella’s attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay exceptionally pleasant. We highly recommend it!

Apparentemente incantevole, pulito e ordinato. È stato come sentirsi a casa, forse meglio. La tranquillità della zona è paradisiaca. La vista, seppur non diretta sul lago, si affaccia sulla vallata e sulle colline rigogliose di vegetazione e alberi, un incanto. L’incontro con gli animali autoctoni è stato emozionante.

We had a wonderful visit to Pistoia at Paolo's place! Everything went well and Paolo was very friendly and helpful. Paolo even picked us up from the train station and drove us into town the next morning. Remember to rent a car so you can get around. The house and garden were really beautiful and peaceful and the bed was comfortable. We would love to come again!

Prachtige locatie en een zeer gastvrije en behulpzame host. Inrichting is heel sfeervol en netjes met allerlei extraatjes om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Het is wat afgelegen en hoog op de berg maar wow, wat een fantastisch uitzicht over Lucca!
