Really nice host and tranquil location just outside of town. Nice views. Definitely need a car to get around and driving is a bit dangerous, but otherwise great.

If you want to experience a truly authentic stay in the Tuscany region, this is the place to stay. Bernardo and Marta are awesome hosts, welcoming and friendly. Communication was easy and clear since they also speak fluent English and Spanish. As part of the welcome routine, Bernardo sits with the his guests and shares a map, helpful information and his recommendations for touring and dining in the area. We would love to stay there again in our future travels.

3 days of absolute relaxation immersed in the woods of the Arezzo countryside. The villa is a few kilometers from the center of Arezzo and is an excellent base for visiting the surroundings. The owners are very kind and made us feel like luxury guests. The pool is a significant added value. Really positive experience, Villa Sargiano is highly recommended for those who want to disconnect away from the chaos of cities.

We loved Paolo's place very much! The location was perfect, close to the center, but still very quiet (so no noise at night). Everything was neat and cared for. A free parking is a 3-minute walk away, which was ideal. We'd love to come back!

We had a great time at Valentina's place! The Airbnb was even bigger and more spacious than the photos, which was a lovely surprise. Valentina and her husband were extremely helpful hosts and always attentive to our small needs. Their warm welcome made our stay even more enjoyable. The location, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, really added a special touch to our stay. Breakfast was simple but efficient. We would highly recommend this place to visit Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's. The setting is beautiful and very quiet. With the heat, we enjoyed the pool. Kids loved the chickens! Francesco is a very friendly, responsive host, always ready to help. It is easy to radiate from the house to different tourist sites (Siena, Florence, Massa Maritima, etc...). The village next door is very nice. Lots of hiking or mountain biking options. In short, we recommend without hesitation.

Perfect accommodation! 2 km from the Roman gate, perfect location. Excellent value for money, accommodation as in the photos. Alessandro's mom is too nice, very helpful in advising us on places to see. 🔝

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.

Wonderful place to stay, ideal for a little relaxation in Chianti. Homemade welcome, stop for breakfast, or you will regret it.

Mary was very kind and very at hand, she recommended places to go to eat and was very helpful in providing us with the room taking care of us, our needs and our dog. The room was beautiful, modern and equipped with a very comfortable jacuzzi, everything very clean. Highly recommended!!

Truly a one of a kind experience. Not your typical location in Tuscany! If you want to recharge away from the crowds in a remote location in the hills with breathtaking views that take you back centuries this is the place. Alberto and the property’s caretakers are a delight. Beds are comfortable and there’s a lot of space to roam around. We had an idyllic five days here with our one year old. Magical evening wines looking out at hilltop castles and soaking up the sounds of nature. 10 min to tiny Pari, 25 to a market in Civitella Paganico, under an hour to Siena. We hope to return someday. stayed 4 days, perfect accommodation for our needs (2 people), clean, comfortable and very quiet in the residential area of Sarteano, a beautiful town in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia. Katia and Federico were collaborative and helpful.

Francesco was nice and answered our questions immediately. The house was clean, nicely furnished and had a great view.

Vanessa and her family are adorable and very welcoming . They also offer good advice to guide us in our visits. The Tuscany countryside is beautiful. There is everything in San Donato: restaurant, supermarket, butcher, cafe...within walking distance of the house. Siene , Florence and San Guimignano are not far away. The garden and swimming pool are very nice especially with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16. Anyway, it was very good. 😀
