Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Sondrio

We recently ended our stay at this comfortable apartment. Having already been in Verceia, I already knew that I would have been comfortable as a location with my two young children and my mother who has mobility problems, and this apartment was truly a manna from the sky. No stairs to face downhill or steep climbs to reach the points of interest we were interested in. In fact, it is a short walk from a grocery store, the bar, the lake walk, a small but beautiful beach with a nice sandpit for children already equipped with games to play with the sand, and the village playground. In short, everything is really comfortable including of course also the apartment that is nice, spacious and well maintained, with everything you need and if something is missing, Paolo will definitely make sure to get it. Finally, I spend a few words right on the host, who was really attentive and caring. We'll definitely be back ☺️

We were able to enjoy relaxing days in your wonderful, rustic house, right on the lake. We especially liked that there was a toilet on each floor and mosquito nets on each window. Giulia was very friendly and available at all times... Thank you 👍

The south-facing terrace overlooking the lake and mountains is simply awesome. It was very quiet and relaxing and just beautiful to look at the landscape. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, nothing was missing. With SUP, surfboard, etc. you can go into the water directly in front of the apartment. I'm sure we'll be back.

This view and location are A++!! Staying in Bellano is such a great way to go as it is a slower pace and you get away from all of the crowds. Design Studios place is so close to the town center, train station and great restaurants. We felt right at home!

Absolutely magical stay in Bellano! The view over Lake Como is breathtaking — truly panoramic — and rivals luxury hotels at a fraction of the cost. Bellano is the perfect base: direct train from Milan (we were even picked up at the station by one of Giovanni’s lovely friends — what a luxurious and warm welcome!), ferries to Varenna, Bellagio & Menaggio, but far less crowded. We were so happy to retreat here after sightseeing. The town has several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment itself is full of charm, art, and character. Giovanni is an outstanding host — friendly, helpful, and even cooked us the best lasagna we’ve ever had as part of a delicious homemade 4-course meal. He also shared great tips for boat rentals and local dining. Every terrace and window has an unforgettable view. This place had high ratings and still exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of returning. A true gem — can’t recommend enough!

This is the perfect place. You can see the park-like setting and the lake and the snow covered mountains beyond. It is also entertaining to watch the windsurfers and hydrofoils racing all over the lake. We ate dinner every night at the delightful restaurant just a short walk away. We loved the fact that they sent us home with fresh croissants for breakfast.

Lovely little spot and as described. Very close to the rail station and a nice walk to the cafes and ferry, loved our brief stay!

Aniko & Marco’s place is beautiful. It’s authentic and gives such a beautiful experience. The view is breathtaking and Como Lake is such a pretty place for romantic vacation. Aniko & Marco give fast answers and are very kind. We recommend.

The landlords are very nice and accommodating. Everything on the campsite is super organized and if you have any questions, you will be helped immediately

We spent 3 nights at Rita's and we are delighted! The apartment is clean and functional. The children loved the pool and the outdoor games. Access to the lake is great! We highly recommend it. Thank you Rita.

Maria and Paolo where great hosts when we arrived it was pouring rain they offer to pick us up and bring us to the appartment which was so kind and helped with our luggage they knew we were Irish so left David. A Italian beer and some crackers to try along with maps and sightseeing flyers the views are stunning like something out of a magazine , so much to do and see would deff stay here again

It’s a nice place, with accessible surroundings

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Our stay at Yury’s place in bellano was amazing!!! The location cannot be beat and it is super close to the beach on the lake. We even rented an umbrella at a restaurant on the beach and stayed there all day enjoying the sun and water. Yury was extremely responsive and he thought of all the extra details for his guests staying at his flat, which made the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. The town of bellano is wonderful and because the flat is so close to everything, it makes all the shops and restaurants very accessible and there is a beautiful promenade along the lake for walking. One of the best things for us is that there was also a designated parking spot right in front of the flat which makes life so much easier when you are driving a car! I highly recommend Yury’s flat if you are planning on staying at lake Como, it was perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a really good stay at the apartment. An absolutely stunning view of Lake Como. Super Wi-Fi internet access, a finely modernized kitchen, nice bathroom and a few spacious bedrooms. The location is really good for further excursions, such as boat trip at Comolakeboats, Le cascate dell 'acquafraggia (waterfalls) as well as the city of Chiavenna. I safely recommend this home to others. The landlord lives next door but is very discreet, friendly and quick to respond.

impeccable accommodation. we were welcomed with small welcome gifts. very good bedding. the apartment is very close to a small beach where we were able to swim every day after our steps. the very convenient bus passes at the top of the street. we discovered the path via Regina which allowed us to walk to Aquaseria in Menaggio, mainly on a road dedicated to pedestrians and bikes. very quiet accommodation. we had a very nice holiday 🤩

Simone and Maria Rosa were great hosts, very helpful and friendly! The house is 10 metres from the lake and the area is very quiet, also there is a nice restaurant right there.

We spent a week in this very nice apartment. This was our first time going to Lake Como. Marcella organized things well beforehand (asked us for the age of our children in order to be able to prepare the rooms accordingly), always available by messages before our arrival and we were welcomed very well (thank you again for the bottle of prosecco and the bottle of fresh water!). We loved the apartment, very clean, pretty, well decorated, well-equipped, spacious and very convenient! In addition, the location is just amazing: lake view in front, 50m away, view of the mountains in the back, beautiful garden, very quiet, especially at night (we could hear the crickets and the very pleasant noise of the small creek that runs along the bottom of the garden). We were a 5-10 minute walk to the center of Colico, so ideal for enjoying restaurants and shops without being bothered by the noise. We'll be back with pleasure at Marcella's!
