Perfect location, the bungalow has everything that you need and is very clean. The dream beach is directly approachable and is not crowded. We enjoyed every minute of this stay and we will definetely come back! Stefano was super friendly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Thank you for everything.

We stayed 4 nights at Stefano’s place, but wish we had booked for 8 or 10‼️. The position of the bungalows is amazing with a 15 to 20 metre walk down a sandy path onto a very private part of an amazing beach with beautiful clear water and clean white sand. There are 2 little supermarkets 5 minutes and 10 minutes walk (mainly along the beach) or you could drive to them in 2 or 3 minutes. Both are well stocked, as is the kitchen, which though small has every appliance you could wish for to cook with. There is an outside verandah (separate for both bungalows) which we ate on every night, enjoying the view over the beach whilst the sun went down. There is a generous communal area in front of the bungalows with deck chairs, sun lounges and umbrellas, which can also be taken down to the beach Additionally, there are paddle boards and a kayak you can also use The house was immaculately clean and Stefano was great with communication and with recommendations re restaurants and things to do. House in a quiet location. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The property is just marvelous, nestled on a little hill, with all comforts, full kitchen, pool and kids play area. Parking space right on site. Paolo is a great host, very responsive and attentive. We have appreciated this host and the family, greatly. He was so nice to help us at check out and suggested places and attractions to see on the way to our next location (Oristano and Tharros), that didn’t disappoint! We arrived pretty late at night due to flight delay and we were extremely happy to have a delicious breakfast tray available in the kitchen, since all food places were closed at that time, and we appreciated the breakfast options in the morning as well, with some coffee we could prepare in the kitchen. We highly recommend this property for a familiar feeling and luxury comforts, all while being close to Cagliari and surrounding areas.

Edoardo's mini house is immersed in nature, we always slept late to enjoy the cool and quiet of the night. Perfect location 5 min from the center of Carloforte. Great solution for a couple of days of beautiful sea without stress!!

Practically new house with everything you need for a nice stay. Secluded location in the countryside for those who love silence, tranquility, nature. Beaches are just a few minutes away by car. Farm and restaurants nearby. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and the experience was really great. The apartment is beautiful, cozy and perfectly clean, much more than the photos on the site let us imagine (we particularly enjoyed the terrace and the barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the evening). The house is in an ideal location for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time very close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, The owner was always available and kind, ready to respond to any need. I absolutely recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, relaxation and beauty in one of the most fascinating areas of Sardinia!

The houseboat is at the end of the harbor and is easy to find with Domenico's instructions. It offers enough space for two people and is equipped with everything you need. No noise from surrounding boats. All in all, a nice stay at the harbor with fabulous views and cozy ambiance in and on the boat. Thank you!

A great accommodation in the middle of nature with views of the mountains and sea. Everything is exactly as shown. You have everything you need and can spend the whole day outside. There are many places to spend time on the property. Wonderful and secluded coves are within walking distance. A clear recommendation for all who love nature!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful, stylish accommodation. The apartment is very clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. The small kitchen offers everything you need and on the spacious terrace we could enjoy the sun. The breakfast, which is lovingly prepared and rich, is also particularly noteworthy. We had a nice stay. Staying on a boat is a nice experience. I recommend this place. And the rooftop is a perfect place for a sunset.
