Perfect location, the bungalow has everything that you need and is very clean. The dream beach is directly approachable and is not crowded. We enjoyed every minute of this stay and we will definetely come back! Stefano was super friendly and made sure everything was to our satisfaction! Thank you for everything.

We stayed 4 nights at Stefano’s place, but wish we had booked for 8 or 10‼️. The position of the bungalows is amazing with a 15 to 20 metre walk down a sandy path onto a very private part of an amazing beach with beautiful clear water and clean white sand. There are 2 little supermarkets 5 minutes and 10 minutes walk (mainly along the beach) or you could drive to them in 2 or 3 minutes. Both are well stocked, as is the kitchen, which though small has every appliance you could wish for to cook with. There is an outside verandah (separate for both bungalows) which we ate on every night, enjoying the view over the beach whilst the sun went down. There is a generous communal area in front of the bungalows with deck chairs, sun lounges and umbrellas, which can also be taken down to the beach Additionally, there are paddle boards and a kayak you can also use The house was immaculately clean and Stefano was great with communication and with recommendations re restaurants and things to do. Casa in posizione tranquilla. Ambiente silenzioso e pacifico.

The property is just marvelous, nestled on a little hill, with all comforts, full kitchen, pool and kids play area. Parking space right on site. Paolo is a great host, very responsive and attentive. We have appreciated this host and the family, greatly. He was so nice to help us at check out and suggested places and attractions to see on the way to our next location (Oristano and Tharros), that didn’t disappoint! We arrived pretty late at night due to flight delay and we were extremely happy to have a delicious breakfast tray available in the kitchen, since all food places were closed at that time, and we appreciated the breakfast options in the morning as well, with some coffee we could prepare in the kitchen. We highly recommend this property for a familiar feeling and luxury comforts, all while being close to Cagliari and surrounding areas.

La mini casa di Edoardo è immersa nella natura, abbiamo sempre dormito fino a tardi per goderci il fresco e silenzio della notte. Posizione perfetta a 5 min dal centro di Carloforte. Ottima soluzione per un paio di giorni di bel mare senza stress!!

Casa praticamente nuova con tutto il necessario per un bel soggiorno. Posizione isolata in campagna per chi ama il silenzio, la tranquillità, la natura. Spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Agritur e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due settimane e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. L’appartamento è bello, accogliente e perfettamente pulito, molto più di quanto le foto sul sito lasciassero immaginare (abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la terrazza e il barbecue, perfetti per rilassarsi la sera). La casa si trova in una posizione ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima alle spiagge più belle della zona, Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile e gentile, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comodità, relax e bellezza in una delle zone più affascinanti della Sardegna!

Das Hausboot liegt am Ende des Hafens und ist mit Domenicos Anweisungen gut zu finden. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen und ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Kein Lärm durch, umliegende Boote. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt am Hafen mit fabelhafter Aussicht und gemütlichem Ambiente im und auf dem Boot. Besten Dank!

Eine tolle Unterkunft mitten in der Natur mit Blick auf Berge und Meer. Alles ist genau wie abgebildet. Man hat alles was man braucht und kann den ganzen Tag draußen verbringen. Es gibt viele Plätze zum Zeit verbringen auf dem Grundstück. Fußläufig sind wunderbare und einsame Buchten erreichbar. Eine klare Weiterempfehlung für alle, die die Natur lieben!

Wir haben uns gleich die zuhause gefühlt in dieser wunderschönen, stylischen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht und auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir die Sonne genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, welches liebevoll zubereitet und reichhaltig ist. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig gelegen in den Bergen und der Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, Luca für die angenehme Zeit! :-)

Wir waren 12 Nächte mit unseren beiden Hunden dort und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Es hat alles gepasst, man hatte seine Ruhe und und Luca war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Andrea war super. Er war sehr nett und bei jeder Angelegenheit half er uns schnell. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zum Strand und mit dem Auto nicht weit von schönen Stränden und der Stadt entfernt. Uns hat an Nix gefehlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
