Franco e Linda sono stati adorabili. Ci ha accolto Linda per consegnarci le chiavi e mostrarci la casa. Poi abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere anche Franco: insieme ci hanno consigliato posti splendidi da visitare nelle vicinanze e addirittura si sono resi disponibili nell’accompagnarci. La casa ha una stufa fantastica per l’inverno. La casa impeccabile, super pulita, fornita di qualsiasi accessorio per la cucina e anche per il bagno. Inoltre la casa è fornita anche di lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte. C’è un terrazzo ampio con vista sulle montagne. A neanche 100metri si raggiungono a pochi minuti a piedi servizi come panificio, bar, farmacia! Di nuovo, Linda e Franco sono stati degli host stupendi, fra i migliori che io abbia conosciuto Ovviamente casa super consigliata per un weekend all’insegna del relax e pace! Eccellente!!

I had a truly peaceful and refreshing stay at this beautiful chalet nestled in a nature preserve. The surroundings were incredibly serene—perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and unwind. I could sit for hours just enjoying the mountain views, breathing in the fresh air, and listening to the birds. The atmosphere was calm and grounding, ideal for a quiet retreat. The host was very responsive and genuinely friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for nature lovers and anyone seeking a relaxing escape.

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Stefania is an awesome host—she was prompt, very helpful with tips about the surrounding area, and even reminded me of the unique charm that Italian homes have! Her Airbnb was comfortable and super clean, which was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. The space was just as described, and her hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We loved our stay at this place! The area was really nice, and there was so much to do. My whole family had a great time and made some wonderful memories. We'd definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Spazioso, pulitissimo, accessoriato oltre ogni nostra aspettativa. L'host Umberto disponibile, competente, gentile ci ha accolto con grande cortesia, ci ha riempito di suggerimenti e notizie utili, ci ha fatto sentire quasi "a casa". Dovessimo tornare in questi luoghi terremo sicuramente in considerazione di nuovo questo appartamento! Grazie Umberto

Die Kommunikation im vorhinein war super einfach und schnell. Barbara hat und noch genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibungen gegeben, da Navi‘s angeblich nicht gut hinfinden. Konnten das Auto in der dazugehörigen Parkgarage parken. Barbara hat uns dann alles gezeigt, und uns super wilkommen. Am tollsten war, das Sie einen Kuchen und Küchlein und Snacks im Appartement für uns hingestellt hat, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. Da hat man sich fast gedacht man hätte Frühstück dazugebucht. Die Klippen und der Klippenküstenweg sind zu Fuß super schnell und einfach zu erreichen, sowie auch das Schloss und den Hafen kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Wir konnten unser Auto dann noch nach dem Check-Out geparkt lassen weil wir später gefahren sind. Also absolute Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und erfüllt alle Wünsche für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage und der schöne Garten sind erholsam. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.

Abbiamo passato una notte a casa di Omar, ed è stato tutto perfetto! Le indicazioni per il check-in sono state fornite in maniera chiara, l’appartamento rispecchiava quanto descritto e tutto era come da foto. Letto comodo e bagno spazioso. Abbiamo anche trovato già qualcosa di pronto per la colazione, grazie Omar per questo servizio!

L'appartamento è molto ampio, ideale per due coppie, come noi, o per un gruppo di amici. Annamaria è gentile e premurosa. Da tornare senza alcun dubbio.

Appartamento in centro città: comodo, luminoso, pulito, dotato di tutto quanto può servire durante il soggiorno. Accessibile con l'ascensore. Posto macchina privato. Noi siamo stati in città per il Festival e'Storia. Abbiamo raggiunto comodamente a piedi tutte le strutture sedi degli incontri del Festival. Marianna è stata sempre estremamente disponibile e comunicativa.

We recommend Maria-Luisa's place 100%. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It is walking distance to the old town and short drive to Aviano. Would stay here again.

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

Mehr als nur zufriedenstellend! Farma Lakne bietet nicht nur eine Reise in die slowenisch-italienische Geschichte, ihre Erzeugnisse (Honig & Gin) alleine sind schon Grund genug für einen Besuch. Die großartigste Unterbringung, die ich während einer Dienstreise besuchen durfte. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel appartamento di Saverio. L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal mare (15 minuti a passo lento). A nostra disposizione c'era un posto auto recintato, le 3 piscine ( una per bimbi), il parco giochi sempre all'ombra e le biciclette. A distanza di 150 metri si trova un supermercato dove sì può fare la spesa. Sul ampio balcone si trovano uno sbraio e il tavolo dove si può cenare al fresco. Consigliatissimo!

a huge terrace overlooking expensive villas (which are empty, so it's quiet), 100 meters to the beach - the first zone is PAID, but if you go to the water - then the first line by the water is officially free! lots of greenery, flowers, trees! the shower is OK! 😉 free parking (white line on the asphalt) is not easy to find, but it is possible! There are many restaurants, cafes, shops (there are chain stores with very attractive prices) on the neighboring streets - the next street from the sea and now the most important thing - an unreal price/quality ratio Super!

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
