This ia the place you want to stay! Federica is the best host you can wish, givea you privacy when you want and is always available for advice and tips if you need het to be. She is very generous. The attic apartment where we stayed has a lot of space, two plates to cook on, and a refrigerator, a big and nice couch, a table for four, a clean bathroom but above all had a beautiful atmosphere with art on the walls and nice carpets and all, very tasteful! The breakfast served is abundant, with a lot of fresh fruits, croissant, yoghurt, eggs, all you could wish for. The premises are beautiful, a clean and beautiful swimming pool with a loungesofa and beds. We could have stayed for so much longer! Thank you Federica for the lovely time we spend with you!

Amazing place, excellent location if you're travelling on the border. Fantastic garden as well. I love the place's cozyness and the host's solidarity and engagement with peace projects. Yeees!

He made us feel at home, the room was super clean and the outdoor spaces were really generous, he even prepared us for games for our little girl in front of the door to be able to use it during the accommodation. The only downside is that the linen thread was dirty but otherwise everything is perfect. I'll definitely be back!!!

The location is excellent for visiting many interesting places and is very close to Gorizia, which has all kinds of services. It is a pleasure to sleep listening to the crickets and to wake up to breakfast overlooking that wonderful garden. I recommend the jacuzzi, which is very relaxing after the daily excursions. The children loved it. We really felt pampered by Eduardo and Irina, information at all times and always willing to help. Comfortable beds, very spacious house and daily breakfast replenishment as well as cleaning. I can easily recommend this place.

We had a pleasant and calm time. B&B Tibù is really a special place, it feels like you're at home. The location is strategic for touring the surroundings or for the sea. The place is super clean and modern, the breakfast is nothing short of great. Ideal for families with children or couples looking for tranquility. We'll be back.

Absolutely worth the money, loved every second that we spend here. Breakfast from grandmom was amazing, only problem that we had was that we had to stop eating on some point! Would recommend to everyone!

The stay at Eligio was very pleasant, the atmosphere is at home and the place is very well cared for. Breakfast is plentiful, with delicious homemade pastries and/or savory dishes. The location, immersed in nature at the beginning of the village of Forni di Sotto, is also strategic for visiting all the surroundings, including Lake Sauris.

The stay at Marco was great!! He is very welcoming, responsive and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable and has a nice kitchen area with a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the nature. Very recommended

It was a very good stay! Air conditioning, nice room, public kitchen with dining area and terrace. Everything is clean, cozy, decorated with attention to detail. Delicious breakfasts! :) There was also parking and the possibility of renting bikes. Giuliana is a wonderful host, open and helpful. We had everything we needed. I recommend it with all my heart! :)

I've been to Udine for the Far East Film Festival. Maria Zaffira's home is cozy, with a beautiful garden. The area is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. It's like being in the countryside, but staying close to the city. It may not be well connected, but the landlady gives the opportunity to use a bike, with which you can get downtown in ten minutes. Perfect breakfast and communication. Zaffira, with her kindness and availability, was a great guest. Recommended!

We were warmly welcomed by Stefano, who immediately showed us the whole house, gave us tips for the region and made us feel like home. He was so kind as to show us the way to the nearby village Palmanova and a really nice restaurant. The rooms were clean, had air conditioning and a lovely views. Breakfast was great as well! We greatly recommend this place!

Nice stay, sweet rustic design and lovely breakfasts. Great communication even if English is a bit limited, but they make up for it in enthusiam. The rooster in the logo is not false advertisment - he does cock-a-doodle-doo. Or rather, he does chicchirichì, as he is Italian. Would reccommend!

Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. We had a motorcycle breakdown nearby and were lucky enough to be able to check in with Gabriella at short notice. Despite the spontaneous booking, everything was perfectly organized. Gabriella is extremely professional and warm. The property is highly recommended! While we struggled with the unhelpful towing service of the ADAC, we could at least enjoy the fantastic breakfast with fantastic views – a real highlight. Thank you!

Fantastic brand new B&B, super clean, in a beautiful area in front of a vineyard. The room is very spacious, excellent air conditioning, a nice bathroom, a great breakfast. The relationship with the owner was friendly, a small issue was resolved with cordiality. We were lucky to find such a beautiful place, the listing had no reviews because it just started with AirBnB.
