Very friendly guys who were very eager. The place was very comfortable. The location is great, very quiet, close to the restaurants/shops. The beach is just down the street (maybe 3 minutes' walk). Highly recommended, especially with children!

The apartment was perfect for us. Cleanliness, communication, cooking facilities, balcony, mattress, location. The only downside is that there is no WiFi. A wonderful holiday! Many thanks to Luka and his family

I stayed in this apartment on Airbnb and it was amazing! It's very close to the sea and has a large terrace with stunning views. The apartment is clean and well furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing beach vacation!

The apartment was clean, simple and great for us in terms of location. The beach was very nice, clean and above all quiet and not so many bathers. The bar was small but you could buy snacks ( small pizza, toast, salad and of course drinks). We were very pleased and would come back. Viviana was very friendly and responded immediately if I had a question. 5 minutes by car we could reach a village and buy food for breakfast in Supermarket. 10 minutes by car we found a great restaurant and also Trieste was not half an hour away. Our holidays were unique in Trieste. It is an insider, as not so many tourists rather a lot of locals who were very nice on the beach and you felt very comfortable. Conclusion: great location, very nice beach, unique and very friendly.

Great place to stay, lots of places, and a huge patio. We were 2 adults and 2 children, the hosts prepared a dining stool for us, a reduction in the toilet and a crib. The hosts responded quickly and smoothly, and gave us recommendations for trips in the area. The location is TOP NOTCH and we didn't miss anything, we didn't stay as nice as Rita, I really highly recommend it! We'd love to come back :)

We stayed in Luca's studio apartment for a week in June. The apartment is in a quiet location 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the center. It is furnished with care, complete with everything and very fresh. We had a great time, a great apartment for two but also for three people. A tip: the parking space is shaded but under a tree, so it's a good idea to bring a protective cover for the car.

The location of the apartment is unique. The two balconies have a beautiful view of the sea, you can hear and smell it all the time. There is a small balcony on the upper floor towards the city, from which you can see the Duomo and Anzolo (when the scaffolding is gone again). The apartment was clean but there were a few small things that bothered me. The bedding was with polyester which was very uncomfortable. Since I was alone, I took the cover of the blanket from the other bed, which was made of pure cotton. The towels did not vacuum properly but only blurred. The kitchen is well equipped but some things were dirty. There was even a dried noodle on the bottom of the baking sheet and it was greasy as a whole, the lemon press was also glued. I didn't use these things and washed everything I used (pots, parmesan grate) before (and after ;)). The apartment is still highly recommended!!!

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

It's like arriving at a friend's place. Cozy, everything well prepared, generous. With friends, you would only complain on request that some of us couldn't quite cope with the worn-out-looking beds. However, for most people, this does not stand in the way of the desire to see each other again soon.

Germana is an excellent host, quick to communicate, friendly and extremely welcoming. The BnB is clean and comfortable and in a very quiet, quiet and reserved place. I highly recommend spending more than a few days with her!

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

Excellent location in front of the beach and less than a minute walk to downtown. Host's response was excellent. On the first day, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment and the host immediately got us another spared keys. The apartment inside and outside is sparkly clean. The terrace was also fantastic especially in the evening time after sunset. We will definitely come back again.

We spent a few very pleasant days in Grado. Sandra's recently renovated apartment is cozy, super clean, and equipped with every comfort with a splendid view of the lagoon. Sandra is an attentive and caring host and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

We stayed with our children in Maila apartment for weekends. The apartment is very authentic in a very beautiful and quiet location, right on the beach. Maila and her mom are very welcoming. We had all our questions answered, checked in easily and had a pleasant stay. The apartment had everything we needed and more. There were sweets and cookies waiting for the kids, and Maila left groceries for us to make dinner. This was kind and very helpful because the stores were not open the day we arrived. Mila, thank you for your hospitality! We recommend this place

Our stay at Marianna’s place was great, she did even let me take one of her books home, I recommend.

Really a very nice apartment. A lot was provided, such as parasols, towels, bed linen, etc. In addition, the location was perfect for quick spontaneous beach walks and city trips. So, in conclusion, thanks to the incredibly friendly hostess and the wonderful location, a very successful vacation :)
