Very clean and bright apartment in a great location.

Perfect location on the 8th floor with a balcony on the sea side. The view is fabulous. The elevator works very well. Many restaurants nearby, including a small grocery store. The public beach is very pleasant. A private parking space is right next to the house. The owner Marco is very friendly and helpful. Great.

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

Great place to stay, brilliant location and 2 mins to the beach. Slightly noisy in early morning due to rubbish collections but the place was just as described and perfect for a getaway!

Accommodation designed to be fantastic. Three rooms: 1 double (slatted with a new mattress that's a little hard!) and 2 with two single beds each (spring cots). Kitchen, large living room, bathroom maybe a little small if there are 6 of you but you can take turns, perfect for the three of us. To complete it all, a fabulous terrace!!! with a view, beach view that is used for lunch, dinner, aperitifs, sunbathing. Wow. Service notes. The key safe is behind the entrance door/gate, which is always open, so close it and look behind you. In front of the property, there is a yellow line parking lot for temporary parking for comfortable loading and unloading. The property has its own private parking. The Custodian is always available. A negative note is the "monopoly" of seats and umbrellas, occupied by permanent residents from morning to night, but that's just the way it is, it's not Monica's fault. Paid: Telerie and Wi-Fi.

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

The apartment was located on a peaceful street in a quiet building. It was nicely decorated, comfortable and impeccably clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, kitchen was equipped for basic cooking and bed was comfortable. The terrace was furnished and huge. There was empty counter space for the traveler's belongings in the living room and bathroom, also there was a vertical coat rack next to the main door. There were heated towel rails in the bathroom as well. There were no unnecessary or broken goods or objects in the apartment. The owners have thought carefully about what the visitors might need. There was good and proactive communication with the owner and all our questions were answered quickly. We drove our rental car to Trieste, Venice and the surrounding areas. We also used the bicycles provided and got to know Grado. We can warmly recommend the apartment and will stay there again if we visit the area. Thank you, Luca!

The apartment was extremely cozy. Great blinds to block out the sun, good AC, comfortable mattresses, and a very central location. The host was very quick at responding when we had an issue with the bed frame, and very friendly in finding a quick solution. I would stay here again the next time I visit Trieste.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

It's like arriving at a friend's place. Cozy, everything well prepared, generous. With friends, you would only complain on request that some of us couldn't quite cope with the worn-out-looking beds. However, for most people, this does not stand in the way of the desire to see each other again soon.

Perfect location in Grado old town. Short distances to the sea and to the Harbor. Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is modern and practical. Everything necessary is available and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Communication with Davide was straightforward, prompt and very friendly. We'd love to come back anytime.

Villa Sisko is immaculate, looks brand new and is charmingly decorated and kitted out. Lamberto met us upon arrival and gave us a thorough orientation of where we were, and where we could go. Maps of the unit's location with nearby reference points were provided, and detailed information of things to do and places to see were provided. A variety of coffee and cookies were provided, as well as water and juice. There are 2 TVs that provide Netflix as well as other streaming services. The outside space was generous in size and offered a beautiful view as well as a good size table and chairs and sun loungers. The thing that struck us the most was Lamberto's warm and welcoming greeting and the connection we felt.

Super apartment, in a quiet yet close to the beach, with private parking and storage for bicycles, etc. Perfect for family.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

It was in every way the most beautiful vacation I have ever spent with my family. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and met all needs, in addition to a wonderful view. You feel different and wonderful at the wonderful market in the city center of Karauli. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

We were two people in this beautiful large apartment for a week. We liked it very much: very well-equipped kitchen, very good beds, air conditioning in 2 rooms, great location.

It was a great advantage for us to bring our dog and the dog beach was just 100 meters away. The city of Monfalcone is unfortunately very descriptive - but the location to Trieste / Koper or Gradow - Venice is good.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The rental was clean and cozy- with a wonderful view of the marina. Annalise was so helpful, friendly and hospitable. We would recommend!!
