A villa immersed in tranquility and nature, set in a large park of an ancient villa overlooking the Val d'Ossola. The accommodation consists of a large and cozy independent studio, an open space of about 30 sqm just renovated, with a view of the garden. It is located in the small village of Creggio, at the foot of the medieval tower of the same name and the municipality of Trontano, in a strategic position, close to the entrance of the Vigezzo Valley and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Domodossola.

Welcome! The house, located in the heart of Pallanza (less than a 5-minute walk from the lake) offers spacious and well-kept indoor and outdoor spaces. Equipped with all the essentials for your stay, you won't have to worry about a thing! In our small, flower-filled courtyard, you can relax by reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine, and during the warmer months, why not have lunch or dinner in complete tranquility. Given the extremely limited parking, the private garage is a real plus!

The guesthouse is situated up upon a hill inside a 8,000 m2 private park full of Azaleas, Rhododendrons, and huge Chestnut Trees an easy 15 min. drive from either Arona or Stresa. Lakeside beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities are within the close vicinity by car. A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

Sauna & Relax

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

Beautiful two-room apartment in a rustic 16th century building just restored. It's very quiet-you walk to a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-burning oven and near the old fire pit for the squeezing of grapes. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance of Valle Vigezzo, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

Located on the ground floor in a detached house and distanced from the neighboring ones, it has a patio and large private garden for the exclusive use of guests only. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Ideal for smart working and relaxation. 10 minute walk to downtown and lake, residential area, very quiet.
