Today we offer this special place to guests who are looking for peace, nature and the real Tyrolean lifestyle. The house is nestled in the Alps - approx. 10 minutes' drive from the valley town of Zams – ideal for up to 6 people. Whether as a couple, with friends or as a family: if you love the mountains, you will feel at home here immediately!

Sautens is located at the entrance of the Ötztal and thus in the immediate vicinity of ski resorts such as Sölden (glacier) or Obergurgl The Hochötz ski resort can be reached in 10 minutes by free ski bus (stop 30 meters from the house). From there, you can also continue to Kühthai. Lake Piburg and Area 47 can each be reached in 15 minutes. Distance from Innsbruck: 30 minutes on the highway! In summer there is also a barbecue area in the garden, including a garden house and deck chairs.

The charming house offers plenty of space, is spacious, cozy, warm and clean, is located in the middle of the Alps and is an ideal starting point for many activities such as skiing, hiking, climbing, biking, city tours... A huge well-kept garden with horizontal bars, swing and slackline make the stay a pure nature experience! Schönwies is a small, quiet place with 2 grocery stores, a train station, close to a shopping center, cinema, etc.
