Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Puchuncavi

Everything is perfect, although when checking in we did not find the remote control of the gate, Eduardo responded immediately to solve the problem, delivering a solution. Everything that the description of the house is fulfilled, it is a great place to go as a family and the house is in perfect condition, there was nothing we needed and it hasn't been. I would definitely go again.

Beautiful, bright, clean and very functional steps from the beach between forests is Carlos's house. Nothing is missing and Carlos as an excellent host turned out to be a great stay. We are already scheduling a new and longer stay, I would recommend it 100%

Excellent place to rest and disconnect, the beaches super close (to go by car), the house is impeccable, as seen in the photos, maybe a little frosty in the mornings (summer), but it contains everything you need, as a recommendation, to bring mute plugs for mosquitoes, because there are thousands! Hostess a 7, she gives you all the info that is needed both for the house and touring the surroundings.

A perfect stay! Our experience at this house was just exceptional. Everything was even better than the pictures. There are now cushions on the stove and pool seats, which makes the outdoor areas even more welcoming. In addition, the terrace has a fully equipped shed, ideal to enjoy at any time of day. The house is lovely, comfortable and was immaculately clean upon our arrival. Every corner is well thought out for rest and comfort. The garden is a true oasis, with beautiful vegetation that brings a lot of tranquility. Leonardo was an amazing host, always available for any inquiry and making sure our stay was perfect. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended!

It is a beautiful place to disconnect from the routine and take advantage of the connection with nature, local flora and fauna and with your loved ones. It is a very quiet place, with beautiful and affectionate community dogs, tranquility and harmony were breathed. It allows self realization when making the tinaja work and includes games for the kids. Totally recommended

José's house is very comfortable, clean and in a very quiet condominium. The park that is next to the house in the condominium is ideal for children, who can play quietly by going and coming by themselves. We had a great time in a group of 12. Room and bathroom layout is ideal for three couples with children. Thank you very much José!!

The apartment is as shown in the photos, independent access, tidy and clean, with all the toiletries and well equipped for cooking, the only two details we found is that one of the kitchen burners did not work and that the TV in the master bedroom is not a smart TV (it had an adapter but it was outdated), the rest is all very good. The sector has a beautiful view of the sea and direct access to the beach for a walk. You must go down several stairs to reach it (to be considered for people with reduced mobility). A pleasant experience, I would definitely come back.

Very nice loft , it was spotless, as shown in the pictures, beautiful view especially during the night and early morning. Easy and easy access and quiet. Totally recommendable.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

The apartment is comfortable and just as it appears in the photos. Everything was very neat, clean and tidy. It has a very good location and an excellent view of the sea. We loved it!!

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very easy, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafeteria nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more cooking utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

Very well-equipped apartment, excellent location, the best of all the view that you could enjoy despite the cold since it has full thermopanel windows on the balcony which provided a remarkable warmth apart from the security in case of going with children. The apartment had 2 heating systems, which makes it perfect for the autumn/winter season. Pamela is always attentive to everything and very kind. I like to go to the beach at this time, so we'll definitely be back
