We really loved staying at Lydia’s apartment in Pucon. Everything about the place was luxurious. It was in a private gated area slightly outside of the main part of town. The standout feature was the covered and enclosed terrace which had amazing views for both sunrise and sunset. We also enjoyed the kitchen including a grill on the terrace which made cooking in easy. The beds were very comfortable after our arduous climb up the volcano. The only downside was the spa was not available as we were off season and apparently there was an extra cost.

Everything super good, just like the photographs and communication with Maria was excellent during the days I was staying in the apartment. I would come back again.

Very nice condo, comfortable apartment and close to everything. Restaurants, supermarkets, indoor and large swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very nice and well-equipped house in terms of kitchen items. I also highlight the decoration, it is decorated in such a way that it highlights the typical culture of the area. Felipe was very attentive to what we needed, it was a very pleasant stay, the house has a stove and air conditioning in most of the beds. The only less positive aspect, but not attributable to the house, is that the clay pot did not work very well for us due to the cold weather we had during the stay.

The place was as it was in the photos! Super clean pool, nice surroundings, surrounded by nature. The house is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need to enjoy pleasant days. Nancy is a loving person, warm, friendly, attentive. I recommend it anyways. I would definitely come back.

The house is great for a family vacation. Commodities to the fullest with everything you need to enjoy. Paula is always attentive and clear with her directions. Mrs. Sonia and don Carlos are very kind and attentive. We felt right at home. Recommended, we will be back!!!!

The house is very comfortable, well equipped. The best thing is the location close to the beach and downtown, we hardly used the car. Loreto is always available to answer any questions.

The house is very nice, comfortable and spacious for large groups. Best: the view of the lake (very easy access to this from the garden) and the availability of lounge chairs, chitasoles, kayaks and beach toys for children. That made us have a very restful and entertaining vacation. Ignacio answers the doubts very quickly so highly recommended!

The place where the house is located is beautiful, it has a lot of space, there are animals that were an entertaining for my granddaughter. The house is comfortable, has a kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cook for a family and also has a grill. If you don't want to go out, just by sitting on the terrace to read or enjoy month games, surrounded by nature is a wonder. Which if it is essential to have a vehicle and provide for what is necessary in advance, although there is a supermarket on the road ten minutes away which is very complete.

Incredible stay, we had a great time with my girlfriend and my dog! The house was great and very well equipped, the surroundings are beautiful and getting there was very easy. Fernando and his people, tremendous hosts. I think it's impossible to ask for no unforeseen events (especially in a two-week stay like ours and with a storm included hehehe), but the service is good and fast, and in that I take my hat off to Fernando and his team. Always very attentive to providing the best possible care. We highly recommend them and wish them all the best with their project!

It is located in a quite quiet and comfortable area, close to the center but without the chaos of the tacos you take with at this time of the year in Pucón. Communication with Daniela was super timely, clear and friendly, in addition to offering flexibility to a request I make, given my health condition. Thank you Daniela!

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

Highly recommended accommodation. The apartment has everything that you need. Pamela always responded very quickly to messages and needs. We ask for an extra stove and at half an hour we reached it. The only thing that can be improved is that the guard constantly asked us what apartment we were about, having arrived more than 5 days ago.
