We are pleased and honored to renovate and live in this valuable building, the former Pudasjärvi municipal hall. We want to offer guests the opportunity to stay in an apartment in a log house built in 1936 on the shore of Iijoki. The apartment has its own kitchen and toilet-bathroom. You can explore the Iijoki estuary and its islands by renting a safe, air-filled kayak with equipment from us. Electric bicycles can also be rented. The personal yard sauna heats up according to your wishes. Warm welcome!

A cozy, traditional Finnish cottage by the beautiful Kivarijärvi is waiting for you! Peace right next to Pudasjärvi services. Feed 50 km In winter, you can sled right from the yard to the sledding trails. There are also Jyrkkäkoski ski trails and a sledding slope nearby. The Northern Lights illuminate the frost and summer awaits swimming, hiking, and nature. There's no shower, but the well water comes in the sauna. Drinking water is ready. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Oulu is about 90 km away, Kuusamo 130 km, Rovaniemi 150 km and Feed about 50 km. Oulu Airport is about 100 km away.
