It is three blocks from Mercado Juárez or Mercado México, and a 20-minute walk from the historic center. We recommend that you get around and get to know the city on foot, the apartment is perfectly located to live Guadalajara, very close to the historic center, Paseo Chapultepec, in a quiet, cultural and gastronomic area. You will be able to enjoy many of the attractions of our beautiful city without having to spend your money on any type of transportation. Living in the apartment is a very pleasant and welcoming feeling. When you open the windows and the space becomes one with the terrace, you will enjoy it very much. At night from the terrace you can see the planes take off in the distance and it is a show that you can enjoy. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The carriage house has been professionally cleaned using CDC recommended guidelines. The builders of this space spared no expense on the details and finishes of this property. It is exquisite! The private entrance makes it feel like your own slice of Austin. Speaking of slices: check out East Side Pies for pizza nearby and The Wheel, Whislers, or Kitty Cohen’s for a cocktail! The Mueller development is 2 miles away where the H-E-B grocery store is located if you’re looking to cook your own meals in the kitchen. Guest access is through the right-side fence gate while facing the main house on property from the street. Access codes will be provided upon booking. This is a 57 square meter apartment with very high brick ceilings, a large living room and dining area with a lot of light. Find authentic chic mid century furniture and several art pieces. The apartment has a private bedroom with queen size bed, closet and bathroom and a separate kitchen with supplies. It also has two small inner patios for light and ventilation. A lot of original architecture details from 1940 like floors, brick walls, ceiling and windows frames were conserved in the restoration. The project was recently featured in Architectural Digest Mexico and won several important architecture prizes: Architecture Masterprize and NoldiSchreck. Guest may use the whole apartment. You can also hang out in the inner patio of the condo and first floor lobby. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer you can use next to the garage. Santa María La Ribera is a historic 19th-century neighborhood. Stroll in the Alameda Park opposite, then visit the nearby Museo de Geología. Here, gaze at mammoth and dinosaurs fossils, plus paintings by the famous Mexican master Jose María Velasco. You'll find a lot of public transportations options including subway, metrobus (direct line to the airport and historic center), train, bus and public bike system (ecobici). Metrobus Linea 4 norte is a direct connection from the airport T1 and T2 to Buenavista and back. Takes about 45 min. 30 Pesos/person, a rechargable Metrocard is need. Safe, quick and direct way to and from the airport.

I keep my welcome very short, don't really like to be invasive; but I'm always available for tips, suggestions, etc. The neighborhood is teaming with life 24/7, with little taquerias, a homemade beer shop, and a market nearby. La Roma is also known as one of the two culinary centers in town. The apartment is just two blocks away from the iconic Amsterdam Street. Location is absolutely great, you can just walk to mostly all the interesting places. When going to a museum or tour you can take the subway or bike, these are also very near. There is a bike share station on the corner, a Metrobus station (Campeche) 2 blocks away and a metro station (Chilpancingo) just 10 minutes away. Feel free to water the plants once a week
