Great stay- felt very safe, was super clean, walkable to several restaurants. Would definately stay here again.

todo muy bien organizado desde el check in en el lobby, es un lugar muy seguro, muy centrico y accesible a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Leslie muy amable y muy atenta desde nuestra llegada y el personal de seguridad del lugar tambien muy amables.

Ideal para descansar, entra muchísima luz, te sientes en casa, seguro y las mañanas son muy tranquilas, frescas e ideales para caminar o correr. Recomiendo venir entre semana.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was close to everything within walking distance. The pool was a plus in the hot weather. I would stay here again when I visit San Antonio.

Best Airbnb host ever.. I really have to admit that on my airbnb history Juan Pablo and Jessi take the lead on hosting a place. They were on top of everything from receiving us to explain every detail of the property. the building is a Gem. every detail on that building is well designed modern inside a historic shell. Everything inside the apartment was pristine and in good taste. As well there's a nice SPA therapeutic service within the space which is very convenient. Very well recommended. Thank you both!

We loved staying here on our family trip to San Antonio- it was perfect for our family- an 8 year old and toddler. The closet with pack and play was great to have and we loved being so close to the pool. The place itself is so close to all the sightseeing things- less than ten minutes from downtown/riverwalk. It had eveyrhting we needed in kitchen and bathroom and loved having the washer/dryer! Instructions and communication were superb!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Gorgeous location and plenty of extra amenities. Kathy is a very responsive host that gave great local recommendations and keeps her house well stocked with everything you might need. She is very thoughtful too, it was my daughter’s first birthday and when we arrived we were welcomed with a balloon and birthday candle that made the stay feel extra special. Beds are quite comfy and she was also able to provide a crib for my daughter. Beautiful views especially at sunset. Pool was clean and felt refreshing after our swims. Plenty of grilling options to choose from as well. We would definitely stay here again 👍

My daughter, my sweet 9-yr-old grandboxer, Gertie, & I had the best spur of the moment getaway at this lovely lake house. We enjoyed it so much, we added an extra day! Gertie was just diagnosed with a serious heart condition, so physical activity is now limited. She can’t play like she wants/used to or even go for long walks. We have to get creative with ways to stimulate & entertain her, so this affected where we chose to stay. The huge main deck was the perfect, most peaceful & beautiful “giant playpen” for Gertie to enjoy the outdoors & make new friends with all the deer, squirrels & birds. She LOVED it! We did, too, & spent most of our time out there making priceless memories with our sweet girl. Everything is exactly as shown & described. We had easy, ongoing communication with both Marisol & Carmen. It felt like talking to kind, helpful neighbors. Thank you, Marisol, for your parting sweet message about Gertie. We hope to be back to make more memories w her. We LOVED our stay!❤️?

The house is super clean, very well organized and I can clearly see the host put a lot of thought into the interior design. The pool is very well maintained and clean. Kyle has let us checkin early and was responsive throughout the stay. We will come back to stay. True example of being a great host. Thank you!

The house was so beautiful and peaceful. Besides being beautifully designed, it had everything needed, felt cozy but clean. They were quick to respond and made the stay so seamless. I would recommend again to anyone looking to be a quick drive from all of Austin’s east side.

We loved the location! This was the perfect launching pad for our time in Big Bend. It was close to the park entrance and had good choices for eating out. The views from the place were beautiful…great sunrises. There was plenty of space to hang out on the patio, and while the inside of the house wasn’t big, it was laid out well and had everything you could need for the stay. Cynta is a great host—responsive, full of information on the area, and makes one feel like a guest, not a renter. (Completely respectful of privacy, but so gracious when asked for anything). The one tip I’d give is to be sure you have a pair of flip flops or slides for wearing to the shower and bathroom (especially when the patio surfaces are hot!)

I recently enjoyed this stay, and it was everything I hoped for, relaxing, refreshing, and absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and peaceful. The building accommodations were spot on, and provided all the comforts of home with an added touch of luxury. I loved the bar (for drinks and coffee) downstairs. Friendly and attentive staff without being intrusive. Parking was by (24/7) valet or paid street parking only. I highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting the downtown Austin vibe.

Lugar sumamente cómodo, con las amenidades necesarias. El anfitrión bastante al pendiente ante cualquier duda. Debido a las lluvias se fue la luz en el publo y el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento hasta que se resolvió el problema. Bastante recomendable

Kommunikation mit Amy war top und sehr schnell. Gute Anfahrts- und Check-in- informationen. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass wir das Auto in der Garage parkieren konnten. Bars und Restaurants können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. CapMetro Tagespass $ 2.50. Jederzeit wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable, a short walking distance from EXCELLENT food options, and the neighborhood is fun to explore. Our hosts were amazing! A nice and safe place to stay. Hector was attentive and willing to help if help was needed.

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
