My wife and I are fairly regular AirBnB’ers and we’ve really never had a bad experience. Our overall opinion of Doug’s place, like most (if not all) of Doug’s former renters, is that this is the nicest AirBnB we’ve stayed in. In addition to having all of the typical “must-haves” like pristine cleanliness, high quality amenities and modern / tasteful finishes and furnishings, Doug’s place also has all of the intangibles which make you feel totally at home, relaxed and at peace. He calls this place a “Haven” and that’s exactly what it is. If you’re visiting Colorado Springs and want somewhere very close to all of the main attractions yet off the main streets and very quiet….look no further- book your reservation today!

My second booking of this property. A great place to relax and reflect on the day all while dreaming further into the view of the Pikes Peak front Range, right off of my balcony. Perfect for me and my family. We can see Garden of the God's, The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain, and even the snow caps of the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the south. We are close to everything! This is a safe, comfortable, and relaxing vacation spot.

Holly and Matty are such great hosts - they were really easy to work with and made everything smooth from the get-go, with all the little touches that actually matter when you're staying somewhere. Their place was in a perfect location. It's so nice when you can just walk to grab dinner or coffee without having to drive everywhere. And when we did want to explore a bit further out, nothing was more than a few minutes away. Hiking and horseback riding is literally an 8-10 minute drive away. We really appreciate that it was such hassle-free stay. The room had everything we could want, and it's obvious Holly and Matty put thought into making their guests comfortable. We will 100% stay there again when we're back in Colorado Springs.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sunset Retreat! The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and the house is close by to so many beautiful attractions.

Perfect stay for my little family. Close to the city but felt tucked away with a nice view from the deck. Comfortable with all the modern conveniences with easy access to nearby hiking and outdoor activities.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The views were absolutely breathtaking, waking up to the mountains each morning was amazing. The host was equally amazing: welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Colorado!

We enjoyed staying at Corinne's place. At first, I was a bit suspicious about the rental closest to The Garden being significantly less expensive than the alternatives but there was no catch. It is rather old and simple but very quiet and private, clean and functional, with good wifi and comfortable bed. Between the air fryer and the microwave, we didn't have to go out, and washer / drier came in handy. Will definitely come back when visiting the area.

Cynthia’s place was amazing—absolutely magical. We came to town to visit friends who’d just moved and weren’t fully settled. We traveled with our kids (9 and 6) who fell in love with the space and all the animals within it. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable and very organized. The garden has a beautiful mountain view and is so serene and peaceful. Cynthia was so kind and patient with the kids, showing them how to collect eggs, feed the chickens and the pig and introducing them to the bunny and the ducks. They also picked strawberries and learned about the other things growing in the garden. The highlight was the goats, especially the baby goats. It was hard to pull the kids away from them to explore Colorado Springs. On top of that, the beds were super comfortable and the shower water pressure was unbelievable! Place was exactly as described on the listing... no surprises. It has great location near the key attractions... Kim was very prompt in responses. We will certainly consider this place next time we stay in Colorado Springs.

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home — from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy blankets and thoughtful local guidebook. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and some amazing hiking trails. We even found great coffee shops and restaurants nearby thanks to the host’s recommendations. The host, was incredibly responsive, kind, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they really care about their guests' experience. Whether you're visiting for adventure or relaxation, this Airbnb is a gem. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

The Loft in Palmer Lake is everything an Airbnb should be, it is extremely clean, comfortable, safe and located in a beautiful area. The Loft was well-designed, providing off street parking and a separate, easily accessible entrance. The apartment style space was loaded with everything needed for a comfortable stay including a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay at The Loft in Palmer Lake again and highly recommend it.

I had such a wonderful stay at George and Rita’s place! Their home is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful mountain views all around, it was the perfect setting. Rita was so kind and welcoming when I arrived. She took the time to show me around the house and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was spotless and cozy, and to top it off, they left some thoughtful touches like snacks, bottled water, and even a bottle of wine, such a sweet gesture! The location is also super convenient, just a short drive to local grocery stores and coffee shops. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend George and Rita’s home if you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and scenic place to stay!

If I could rate Brenda's place with a million stars, I would. This place was amazing. We came to Colorado (from Buffalo) for a family wedding and stayed with family members in Brenda's house. Roomy, clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Brenda thought of every detail. Brenda was extremely responsive to any questions I had. Everything was labeled in the kitchen so while cooking I didn't have to keep randomly opening cabinets looking for what I needed. I even took home a few ideas for my own kitchen :) Even though the place is owner-occupied, you would never know it. It was very quiet. The deck, hot tub, and firepit were a beautiful way to relax after running back and forth to the wedding venue for 2 days. Waking up in the morning and stepping out on the deck to see the beautiful Pike's peak was absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend this home! If you have a date in mind and it's open -- don't hem and haw about it -- because it will be scooped up!

Beautiful place to stay! My girlfriend and I loved staying here. The amenities, including the hot tub and surrounding seating areas, are very nice. Awesome location, beautiful cottage, and the host was great! Highly recommended!

I have stayed in vacation homes around the world, and Casa Colorado is one of the best. If there were a rating above super host, I would give it. As well as providing a comfortable, cozy retreat in a beautiful setting, Brian and Franka also provide very thoughtful things, such as very specific directions, a snack basket, chocolates by the bed, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a hair straightener, fan, and noise machine. When the hair dryer quit working, Franka was quick to provide a replacement. We greatly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings as we had our morning coffee and a few meals outside. The hot tub was a fabulous treat after busy days sightseeing and hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at peaceful, serene Casa Colorado and definitely plan to stay there again.

Beautiful views and a great spot to stay on our way to see the Royal Gorge and the Sand Dunes. Would love to stay again!

If you stay at Cheri's place, be warned, you might never want to leave! The apartment was beautiful, so clean and thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items, coffee, bubbly waters, lots of towels, not to mention a washer/dryer in the unit. Possibly our very best airbnb experience yet! Cheri was so kind and sweet and extremely flexible when I kept changing the reservation. We loved the area where Cheri's airbnb is located and the outside sitting area was private and offered amazing views. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was even cuter in person. absolutely perfect. Check in and out was super easy. The kitchen had everything that's needed. the bathroom had a beautiful deep tub with hot water. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very peaceful and plenty of places to get out into nature and hike or whatever is wanted. I would most definitely recommend!

Romantic Birthday Escape at The Owls Perch! The Owls Perch at Pikes Peak Ranch exceeded its 5-star reviews for my wife’s birthday getaway! We sought a serene, romantic retreat, and this place delivered perfection. The cabin is stunningly designed—a spacious master suite radiating intimacy, and a charming second bedroom perfect for capturing photographic memoris with it's super cute decor. Also, this cabin has the cleanest mirrors we’ve ever seen. The entire cabins decor enchants with thoughtful touches, like whimsical owl-themed wall art, adding a playful yet elegant vibe. The property is breathtaking. Sheep’s Nose Mountain looms uniquely from the ranch, its silhouette casting a magical glow at night—perfect for stolen moments under the stars. The hot tub, pristine and inviting, was a romantic highlight, melting away the world. The Owls Perch and Pikes Peak Ranch gifted us the peaceful, love-filled escape we dreamed of. Highly recommend for anyone craving a romantic haven!
