You will need to climb a staircase to enter the quaint little apartment on the 2nd floor. Minutes from the River walk. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and public library. Ideal for a couple, solo traveler or vacationer. The space has two laptop-friendly workspaces. wifi and TV. This is a junior one bedroom apartment in an old brick building. Photos show all seating areas. There is no designated living room. Please no pets, out of respect for others with allergies.

I had 6 adults with me and two infants, the place was perfect for us. Nice neighborhood and beautiful backyard. I am a little taller than most so down stairs was a little cramped for me, although the “family” area was perfect for games and watching movies. I would definitely stay there again…thank you Paulette for being a wonderful hostess!

Chelsea was a very good host. We needed something quiet, roomy, self-sufficient (I could cook our own meals and get laundry done!) and it was a nice accommodation. The house fit what we needed. I needed to shop for price as our trip was unplanned, but necessary. This fit the bill.

Comfy bed, friendly front desk gal, great restaurants nearby, host doesn’t provide clear instructions on check in but I was still able to check in. I hate 1st floors bc of bugs and sure enough I had to deal with two grasshoppers and a spider 🙄 I'd stay here again though.
