We have made our short term rental the way we would love it - comfortable!! Our COZY CASA also RUNS ON SUNSHINE. ☀️ (Level 2 EV charger) It has 2 Queen size memory foam pillow top beds covered in Egyptian cotton sheets & down blankets. There are also lightweight quilts for those who sleep hot. Each bedroom has fans & white noise machines. We take pride in our space & offer only what we would enjoy. Cleanliness is very important to us. Less clutter & clean with comfort!!!!

This comfortable house has been updated to include some unique features that will take you back to Colorado's history from the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush to the days of the railroad. We have the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence.
