Good place and good location. Recommend

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

Everything was excellent, from the welcome, the directions on how everything worked, a cozy, tidy, clean, quiet, safe place, and very good service.

A good apartment, with a large TV, good internet and plenty of space. The host kindly took me to the supermarket so I could buy groceries and showed me the gym. I spent two weeks in this apartment. I recommend it.

Great, comfortable, clean stay, close to the subway station, the bed was super comfortable, I liked it a lot.

As others have shared, this is an amazing apartment - elegant, comfortable, well-stocked. It is also in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Metro as an added bonus. Don't bother searching further, you've already found the perfect spot :).

Karina's place was perfect. I was close to lots of attractions. Great food in walking distance. The space itself was also great. Very clean, and comfortable.

The apartment is perfect and was impeccable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Tamia was very attentive to anything you might need.

Eddna’s place was great! It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. It’s such a bright space with so many windows and great mountain views. The park across the street was very nice to walk to also. Eddna was very responsive. She gave many recommendations and made reservations for us to use the gym in the building whenever we asked. I would stay again!

Very nice place with a great location ! Stunning and swiping views on the Basilica Del Voto amongst other ! The loft is very nicely designed with a modern and industrial vibe. So many carefully designed and though through elements. I asked to check in early and they had a short amount of time in between guests. Eduardo was really helpful and made it happen !

I definitely loved the place, it met my expectations, it's a very nice area with a pleasant environment, and the view from the apartment is spectacular. 😍 If I return, I would definitely stay there. Diego is very kind and attentive at all times.

We had another lovely stay at this place with our family. The host was very friendly and welcoming, just like the last time we stayed here — it’s always nice to return to a familiar and comfortable spot. The space is cozy and well-located, and overall we really enjoyed our time here.

Awesome stay. Basically the perfect little luxury apartment in the coolest part of Quito. Hazel was super communicative, and accommodating. Very friendly security, staff at the front door as well (shout out to Julio!)

The apartment is very nice. The only thing is that we are older people, and the technology was very hard for us to use, such as turning on the stove, the TV, etc. The area is very nice and quiet

We had a great stay. The location was surprisingly quiet for how close to restaurants and other places it was. The communication was great and they even provided a crib for our baby to sleep in. Also it was fantastic to have laundry in the unit. We would definitely come back and stay here again!
