We liked the house very much, and the stay. Everything is very quiet. It has everything you need to live. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from downtown Quito, but everyone based on their needs. We personally liked it very much.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Very clean and in a secure location which is handy for the airport. Laundry facilities are also available at the house. Well maintained gardens too.

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Very comfortable apartment, just like the pictures, Andrea was always helpful with what we needed! Shops, restaurants, shopping center 5 minutes from the apartment on foot.

This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

Place is perfectly located in Gonzales Suarez neighbourhood. Easy to access great pool great kids room. Local or tourist this place is great for a couple

Spectacular stay, super nice decor and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd come back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house, there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!

During my time in Ecuador, I stayed in a few different apartments in Cumbayá and Quito as an international student. I will say that Oswaldo's place was the nicest place to live (beautiful building and location), it was a quiet and relaxing suite with great amenities, and Oswaldo himself was an amazing host. He checked in with me frequently to see how things were going, and always offered to help me with my travel plans and departure dates. I could not be any more impressed with his business and his hospitality. Thank you Oswaldo!
