The location is centrally located between the old and the new town. The apartment is on one level on ground floor with sea views from the spacious terrace in a quiet complex with well maintained gardens and communal swimming pool with children's pool. Via a few easy steps you are directly on the boulevard and the beach.

The house I rent was my childhood home, where I grew up & made countless memories. Its location, steps away from the beach, made it truly special. Living by the sea shaped who I am today. I welcome guests to share its magic with them - feeling the sand between your toes, hear the waves crashing at night, & experience the joy of simple pleasures. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with beach view, Internet/WIFI, and laundry facilities.

Ana y el Mar es una acogedora casa a tan solo 15 metros del agua, con vistas panorámicas al mar y al amanecer. Está recién reformada, con todas las comodidades de una vivienda actual y moderna, situada en uno de los sitios más bellos de la isla, en un entorno prácticamente virgen. Los Cocoteros es una comunidad con muy pocos vecinos, rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad, en el municipio de Guatiza, muy bien comunicado para conocer toda la isla.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para personas que buscan el descanso y la intimidad. Si los huéspedes quieren, no tienen que tener contacto directo con otras personas. El bungalow está en primera fila al mar y tiene vistas increíbles. Proporcionamos toallas limpias cada 4 días y sábanas limpias cada 7 días. Si se viaja con niños, hay un sofá-cama en el salón para que puedan dormir 2 niños cómodamente (suplemento de 10€ por día para niño extra).

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Geniet van je eigen terras aan de gemeenschappelijke tuin. Neem de trap naar de straat beneden waar de boulevard begint, met al zijn winkels en restaurants. Of steek deze straat over om het heerlijke strand op te gaan. Dit alles vanuit je volledig ingerichte appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien en is gelegen in een rustig appartementencomplex.
