Das Häuschen liegt in einem schönen und sehr authentischen Ort , 10 min mit dem Auto nach El Cotillo , 15 min nach Corralejo . Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Hütte ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht . Wir waren mit unserer 8 Monate alten Tochter dort und können mit gutem Gewissen diese Unterkunft für die Familien weiter empfehlen . Sie hat sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Marie-Claire ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin , wir sind mehr als zufrieden .

Nos hemos alojado este fin de semana y no podemos estar más encantados. La casa es espectacular, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Cada rincón está cuidado al detalle, con un jardín precioso e instalaciones que no dejan que falte absolutamente nada. Se nota el cariño con el que está preparada. Estuvimos comodísimos durante toda la estancia. Además, la propietaria fue en todo momento muy amable y atenta, pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Gracias por todo!

Posizione perfetta per spostarsi nel nord dell’isola, la casa è esattamente come descritta in foto, molto comoda e funzionale con ampi spazi ed esterno attrezzato. Fornita di tutto il necessario, host cortese e disponibile, consigliatissima!!!!!

Wir waren schon über 20 Mal in El Cotillo und nun endlich auch in diesem clever, praktisch und attraktiv konzipierten und ausgestatteten Haus in der Mitte des Ortes. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Schlafzimmer unten ist schön ruhig und dunkel, sehr gut für mich, da ich sehr licht- und geräuschempfindlich bin. Haben in dem großen Bett traumhaft geschlafen. Die Küche samt Wohnzimmer sind super gemütlich und optisch top. Alles da, hier kocht man gern! Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, gern habe ich zum Nachmittag hin oben auf einem der Betten gedöst. Man hört hier oben natürlich die Geräusche des Ortes (aktuell mehrere Baustellen, aber auch Musik aus umliegenden Restaurants und die Kinder vom Spielplatz) - das Meeresrauschen überdeckt aber vieles und wir sind daher gut klar gekommen. Manch eine Ecke in der Wohnung zeigt die Spuren der Zeit, aber alles war dennoch total ok für uns. Benjamin ist ein freundlicher Host, sehr um uns bemüht und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Magnifique maison très bien située avec voiture. Ana a été adorable. Nous avons dû trouver un logement le jour même avec notre bébé et Ana a été très réactive en nous préparant le logement dans l’urgence. La maison était parfaite, propre et très spacieuse. Ana a été très gentille et toujours disponible à la moindre question. Je recommande ce logement à 100%! Un grand merci encore pour ce beau séjour !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich & freundlich empfangen – ein perfekter Start in unseren Urlaub! Der späte Checkout wurde uns unkompliziert ermöglicht, was uns die Abreise sehr erleichtert hat, vor allem mit Baby! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber & top ausgestattet. Waschmaschine & Spülmaschine waren täglich im Einsatz, die Küche super ausgestattet. Auch Babybett & Hochstuhl wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Betten waren jedoch so bequem, dass wir am Ende alle zusammen darin geschlafen haben. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – angenehm temperiert, selbst bei windigem/kühlerem Wetter. Unser kleiner Sohn hatte draußen auch viel Spaß, während wir wunderbar entspannen & die Ruhe genießen konnten. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Spots in der Umgebung. Bei Fragen war Gunter jederzeit erreichbar – herzlich, hilfsbereit & super sympathisch. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zu Hause! Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen & bedanken uns nochmals herzlich!❤️

The location was great and the place super cute. The lighting options helped create a good ambiance at night. It should be noted that there are no beach towels or any other beach equipment provided, just bring your own. Everything else was great and there are good restaurants options walking distance.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s Right Next to the local beach, which enabled us to spend mostly of our holiday at the sea. The apartment itself is lovely, friendly, modern and pretty bright. It comes along with all necessary equipment. Bet is an amazing communicator and we felt right at home. 100% recommend this place :-)

Estancia tranquila. El lugar es muy tranquilo , conservas tu independencia y a la vez los dueños están disponibles para lo que necesites. Lo recomiendo sin duda sobretodo para visitar mitad norte de la isla que es donde vive la gente de allí y lugares conservan su identidad. He viajado sola y la estancia para mí ha sido todo muy fácil con Elin y la casa y me he sentido acogida. Gracias, por ofrecer vuestra casa

Loved this place! Nice convenient location on the north side on the island. Gorgeous sunrises overlooking the ocean. Loved opening the windows to have the fresh breeze and even hanging out on the upper patio.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Studio. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Claudia, die Gastgeberin: super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie hat mir viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und die Umgebung gegeben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

The acommodation is spacious, clean and well equipped. It has enough space for 4 adults to give 2 pairs privacy. Communication with the host is smooth, Andres responds very quickly to any questions. The house is close to the beach and, although it is near the airport, there were no issues with noise levels at night. My only issue was that directions given via google maps was insufficient. I was only given the name of town and a zip code, which led me to a different place initially. I would advice to clarify the full address before you travel. But, when you find the place, you will surely enjoy your stay there.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait à disposition dans l’appartement pour le bon fonctionnement. C’était bien situé pour circuler sur toute l’île.

Apartamento muy grande, muy espacioso, ordenado y limpio. Es bastante nuevo. Para aparcar es algo complicado, así que entiendo que en temporada alta, será “peor”. Solo estuvimos una noche y es perfecto porque está cerca del aeropuerto, por si si tienen vuelos muy tempranos.

We had a wonderful stay at José's apartment. The property itself and the location was perfect. You are right in the heart of the town but the apartment felt private and calm. The dawn views were spectacular from the seaview balcony. Easy access to the beaches was important to us but of course there is also plenty to see and do nearby. Or you can just sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The pool area was also pristine and welcoming. Thank you for being a 5* host!

Wir waren zu 2 für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Der komplette Aufenthalt war super schön, es gibt eine Einkaufsmeile mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt, zu Fuß auch gut erreichbar. Das Appartement war in einem Perfekten Zustand super schön eingerichtet sehr Sauber und gepflegt und ideal zum relaxen. Es gibt einen Pool der kaum besucht ist an dem man super entspannen kann. Timea war super nett und ist immer erreichbar gewesen, sie hat uns tips gegeben zum einkaufen und hat uns alles vor Ankunft erklärt. Check in und Check out waren super einfach. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen definitiv nächstes Jahr wieder! Danke Timea ❤️

Torsten is a fantastic host, very responsive. very clear instructions throughout. The apartment is fantastic, extremely clean and everything you could possibly need. Wine and water provided for arrival which is a lovely touch. The actual complex is great with a brilliant pool and many bars, restaurants and beach in easy walking distance. Highly recommend and we intend to book again.

Al llegar nos dejó entrar antes de la hora establecida, ya que nuestro avión se adelantó. La casa estaba bastante limpia y en buen estado y es bastante bonita. Nos ha gustado bastante la estancia. Giorgio fue amable e incluso nos ayudó cuando nos dejamos el altavoz en la piscina y consiguió recuperarlo, esto nos pareció un detalle muy bueno. Está al lado del aeropuerto, y en el medio de la isla, por lo que es una buena ubicación si te la vas a recorrer entera. Cómo puntos a mejorar recomendaría al propietario que dejara algún tipo de jabón para la ducha, si vas a estar pocos días al final tienes que comprar un bote grande que acabas desperdiciando. Tampoco tenía aceite y tuvimos que comprar una botella que igual dejamos allí. Por otro lado, la piscina tiene hora de salida y si te pasas de la hora se cierra automáticamente la puerta y no puedes entrar... pero tampoco puedes SALIR. Nos quedamos encerrados y tuvimos que saltar la valla. La comunidad debería mejorar eso.

Andrew is the perfect host, we did have an issue with the boiler but this was replaced the same day. Excellent service.

Wir haben uns im Appartement mit eigenem Pool sehr wohl gefühlt-die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich- mit den vielen Pflanzen rundherum ist man windgeschützt und hat eigenes, kleines Paradies! Patricia ist jederzeit gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und nett! Im Ort Lajares gibt es mehrere gute Lokale und einen großen Supermarkt. Wir können dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen!

Absolutely loved our stay here, the apartment was clean and felt homely. We loved having an outdoor terrace which caught the sun in the day. The apartment is in a great location, couple minutes walk to the Spar and around 15/20 minutes to walk into town. As well as this we went to aqua lava water park and to a local minigolf, the beaches were great, playa flamingo for a smaller vibe and then we liked playa Domingo as they had sun beds there to use. Naomi was an excellent host, attentive and helpful, offered recommendations as well. Uber is not used here, we took a taxi from the airport is cost €50, on the way back we took the bus which Naomi helped us with, which only took us half an hour and cost €7 for two people. Overall we loved our stay here, if i was to visit the area again I would definitely stay here.

Excellent stay at the apartment with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is wonderful with a good balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was lovely and always quiet. The location of the apartment is very central. Fernanda was a great host, communication was clear and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you
